This app has many bugs. after reporting it to chegg multiple times, they have not made any fixing in app and it's still a big headcach.
The app crashes on one plus 5t and gives me we are having trouble contacting the tutor at this time. It also has no funtion to upload a picture to the instructor. Also I had trouble with the mobile and desktop site on my phone. neither would work
Tried to work with 2 tutors, the first said he would help and then nothing (hopefully he is ok) the 2nd, was busy today. Not impressed with this tutor site, and to top it off, I went to unsubscribe from the free trike and it kept giving me a page that said something was wrong and would not unsubscribe or allow me to remove my credit card. So now I'm lowering my review another star for the extra trouble that I now have to go through so they don't charge my card after not helping me with a tutor.
I'm a tutor and this app is pretty much useless. Despite having the capability to IM with students, you never get notified if they message you. Plus, I tried adding a lesson to my schedule and it didn't work. I just use my phone's browser.
The app is good and smooth but the notification works only for short time after closing the app, I missed a session because the tutor messaged me to arrange & I didn't receive notification, scheduling lesson feature doesn't work in the app, I got to do it in the browser Everytime.
I get a lot of help from the tutors on Chegg, but they keep charging me random fees.
I prefer the written lesson more, please how will I know which plan to pay for & how much written lesson and live session tutoring will cost before I load my card for online payment. Tutoring specifically
We can't accept lesson opportunities, that's the only issue I found with the App. Also you need laptop access for conducting live lessons. Not all but some lessons could be done on phone itself where student needs only small support like discussion
I gave it two stars because there is no any access to upload a file to the tutor in the app. There should be the feature that one can take pic of the material and upload it. Since it does not have this feature, it is causing problems.
I'm a tutor and I really wish that I could do my lessons through the app on my tablet. It is much easier to do lessons on whiteboard with my tablet, but the app doesn't exactly help.

Not useful for tutors
So far, not a fan. I signed up to be a tutor but don't have any of the requested forms of ID; no diploma or student ID because I was home schooled. The help section was no help and the contact section doesn't really have a way to contact.
It does not show me notifications of the messages received and lessons scheduled. Please fix this issue at the earliest possible.
