It would be better without the convenience fee. It makes it easier sometimes than driving to the business and paying it when your busy . Overall its ok
It was better before the crappy update. Seems like they wanted it to be less informative. Lost access to outage info, usage info got cut in half. Is the same developer who put together the Obamacare website building this crappy UI? And how the hell do you justify taking AMEX @ the counter, but not on the app? It keeps saying my card # is missing digits. Chelco better be glad they are the only game in town, because otherwise this joke of a utility company would be out of business. Addendum: The app works great now, thanks to all.
I can't even login. It says my username and password are incorrect. Try reset it and get the same message saying my username doesn't exist. I've reinstalled it, I've called and nothing has changed in 3 months!!!
Don't see what the point of the app is if all the links you click open a webpage, might as well just go online in the first place.
App won't open at all now. Gets stuck on start screen.
Constantly crashes when trying to pay my bill. It's pretty useless. 😡
It stinks! Chelco won't even take a credit card without charging a fee!!!! 😒
This is a simple but multifunctional app that allows you to pay your bill and report outages.
Saves time it sucks they charge a 3 dollar convenience fee
There's no ads lol
i have pre-pay and this is a great app wish it would show usage from one year ago

It's just great... Easy app
Unable to register
It is easy to use
Non life threatening
Love it
It was 5 star previously, but this last update removed the ability to see the daily charges in monetary value, which sincerely helped me track when appliances where using more energy than they should, and helped me catch the squirrels nesting in the attic and messing up the insulation because my usage jumped up suddenly. I would love to have that back.
