It used to work great, but the bill pay no longer is visible on my phone. It migrates to the right when I try and use it. I have uninstalled it several times, and called support, but it is still the same.
Have to bring up the APP twice in order to get past the logo to enter the I'd and password. Once in the APP, it's great. Now the APP comes up as Chelsea Groton APP has unfortunately stopped.
Now it's stating that the device is rooted or modified which it is not. From what I can tell with a logcat you are using a very out dated root detection method.
Tried to load app and it didn't upload. Tried again and let it run for 30 minutes.. still didn't load.
Depositing checks problematic. After taking the picture, the app restarts. It's then a vicious cycle.
Don't usually have an issue but, lately it will not sign in. It's been over a week now. It just tries to load and never completes
Was working fine. Now it won't load after I log in. Rebooted... Nothing. Have to use the website now. 🙄
Auto stops and closes. Either works well or just fails.

Hitting the "back" button just refreshes the home page, it doesn't close the app.
This mobile app is a real extension of the full online banking site. No need to learn all new functionality...very intuitive. Easy to use - pay your bills, transfer funds, look at your account activity in just a few clicks. Love this app!
Thank you Chelsea Groton Bank for offering this great mobile banking app. I can now easily access my accounts anywhere. App is easy to use and intuitive.
Finally, something more convenient than using the website on my phone!
It's simple and effective. I love how easily I can pay my bills from the app and add a new payee. Plus it's easy to navigate.
First 30 seconds of using the app I received an error when using the back button. The side menu that slides from the right is animated terribly and can not be slid back by the user and will only go back by tab the previous menu. The functionality is there the user friendliness is not.
This app is one of the reasons I'll be closing my buisness account with Chelsea. One failed log in attempt locks you out until you reset your browsers history (cookies). Frequent bugs force me to reinstall the app on my galaxy s21. Latest issue was the app crashing when trying initialize the camera. Chelsea Groton has very weak online banking utilities in general. My other bank (NavyFed) gives me much better tools for web banking.
