Terrible! Always freezes or won't load. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall to get it to work for a few weeks. Everyone I talk to about it in customer service always leads me to believe it's just me and my phone and that the app is just fine. Considering switching banks. My daughter uses Huntington and their mobile app works fine and the online banking sight is user friendly unlike Chemicals. Like someone else has said, this is 2018, it should not be difficult to create a working app!!

I love having the option to check my account through an app. This app, however, needs some work. It crashes frequently and will lock me out of my account even though I havn't attempted to log in. Than I have to call customer service to have it unlocked. Very frustrating and time consuming!

Barely ever works, I have my ID and Password saved: still logs me out. Opens itself if I don't manually close the app. If I leave the app to check a text message it'll automatically log me out. I have to type in the verification code EVERY. Single. Time. Most of the time the screen is unresponsive and/or freezes.

I just recently switched from chase to chemical and am quite disappointed in this app. Would like to see text notifications added to this app. With the option to set lowest balance notification as well as after purchase balance etc. But overall I am very happy with the decision to switch banks.

It keeps bringing me to sign in page when i have alreadysigned in. It will not allow me to access my balance,any transfers, pay bills, or anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I cant even get my balance. Plus the bank cannot seem to figure out where my missing money is??????? I cannot recommend this bank with good consence. This has been an ongoing problem for several years now with the same issue occurring unless i constantly keep track of my balance!!!

quite often I have to force stop the app and restart it just to log in. also the description up top says you can "transfer money easily between accounts" but I have 0 options to transfer money between my accounts, I have to leave the app and pull up the website on my computer to be able to transfer money. also it's very slow to update. it will say I have several things pending on my account for multiple days but when I look on the actual website I have nothing pending... it's very confusing.

it crashes every single time this is ridiculous that in 2018 a bank can't have an app that works--my other banking and financial apps never crash...why does this one? now, i have to re-load it every time i want to deposit a check--except it's decided not to acknowledge the check it said was submitted last night! where is my deposit? i may change banks over this--it's easier to change banks than deal with this app

Just got the Pixel 3XL and the app crashes as soon as I open it. Also had issues when I used an iPhone and had to go into the bank and have them set my user because it wouldn't accept it off my phone. Annoying :( I choose a green account so I could use online, and the app is always crashing!

The app is just ok. I wish the app will continue to let me log in with my password. It seems to lock me out once a week and I have to call to get back in because it's no forgot password option. This app needs an update with that option.

It's nice to have the online banking but if two people are on the same app with two different phones, they are connected (as in passcodes and passwords) so it keeps having me verify the phone. My husband has to keep texting me to get the code so he can see the accounts. I entered a new passcode on his phone and then mine changed on my phone. Fustrating

I am glad that I have accounts at other banks because this mobile app has been almost completely useless for years. I can't even log in. Error after error. They say that they are "continually working to deliver an exceptional customer experience within the app" but they are not. This is sad. Join the 21st century and make a functional app. My advice to anybody who would ask is to join a different bank.

Constantly crashing, very difficult to log in, and it doesn't even show me my savings account-only my checking. When I told the bank in person they said theirs shows up on the app so I guess it's a hit or miss...

This app won't update. You have to uninstall then reinstall, and still most of the time this little circle is going around and around trying to connect! BTW, all other connections except this one works!😡

This app is very limiting. It lacks seemingly basic functions, such as ordering checks. I am happy with the banking aspect of Chemical Bank, but would like to see more functionality built into the banking app.

I used Northwestern Bank for over 5 years without a single problem, then these idiots bought them out and since then I havent been able to use my account for anything without some kind of issue. On top of that this app has NEVER worked. talked to your window licking support staff multiple times and the most intelligent thing they could tell me was "uhhhh we'll call you back when we figure it out." which was 2 years ago. Garbage company that just wants to rip everyone off.

This app continuously fails and errors out. It barely works. I'm thinking of switching banks because of the app. I need to be able to check my accounts and cannot with this app.

I think everything Chemical Bank does is geared to irritate me. The app will not load. I deleted this previously because it was horrible. But now I need it for the photo deposit option. Which apparently is so secret you can't do it on the mobile page like every other bank. After my mortgage closes...bye bye chemical bank! So I down loaded app from another phone and tried to use photo deposit....deposit exceeds limit...customer service rep told me no limit 5 min prior. Just the worst!

Use to be a great app. Since the update it keeps closing before I can even enter my user name. I deleted the old version before installing the new version. I even deleted the app and factory reset my phone, and it still will not stay open.

When ever you need it it will never work worst banking app out there it's making me think of switching banks so that I'll be able to reliably transfer funds without having to worry about whether or not the app will work.

Horrible app. For some reason it only wants to work when I have Wi-Fi. It is very annoying and extremely inconvenient and it's making me want to bank somewhere else.

This app is trash. It's only worked once on my phone. And security on this thing is garbage. The only reason I reinstalled it is because my wife didn't have her phone, but still couldn't log in because the only secondary security was a text to (surprise surprise) her phone. Take a note from Fifth Third and update please. Chemical bank got duped by the developers of the app who stole their money!

App does not work all the time. it gets stuck and just does nothing. I have to uninstall and reinstall it several times a week. very frustrating.

I've been using this app with andriod 7 without problems. Lately it won't open unless I turn my VPN off which is not as secure. Please fix this.

I just got the Pixel 3 XL and I can't even log in before it crashes. Even when I had my old phone, this app barely worked. Chemical Bank is terrible in general so I'm not surprised that this app sucks so bad.

It's 2018, it shouldn't be that hard to create an app that works. The app is always crashing, says it cant process my request. I cant transfer funds. Again.... its 2018 why is this app so unreliable.

Worked fine until the last update. Now it tells me that its unexpectedly stopped working or is unavailable or some bs like that. It says I need to contact someone for assistance. Error 1229. Cant even log on 🤬

I love the new Chemical Bank App. I don't have to look up the bank on line all the time and now all I to do is time in a pin number. No need to type in the a code when you receive a call from automated system anymore.

I have an Android phone and it keeps crashing. Immediately after opening the app keeps closing.

Keeps crashing since last update and I can't even login. I was told it was a known isssue, but no eta and 3 months later. This is why I'm changing banks!

Always having trouble putting user name and ps in, always have to change user name and ps to unlock. Having trouble downloading Chemical Bank download ti cell phone. Need help doing this. TY
