Also, there will be a map in the app that will guide the passengers in the airport.

It missing prime goal of showing flight status. It's still depending on their website which is failing with some technical problems

Nice & Useful Application developed by Airports Authority of India. Now passengers can find the amenities at Chennai Airport at their finger tips and can reach the authorities for its pros and cons. Important contact no's and details of food outlets, emergency medical services, rent a car, lost and found office at Chennai Airport may be included in the app itself. Also nearby hotels&hospitals can be added.

First of its kind in AAI Airports. New Feather in AAI as well as Chennai Airport Cap. Passenger friendly and sure it will improve passenger satisfaction to the highest level. Hope much more improvements to the app will come in due course for betterment of AAI as well as passenger convenience.
