Chesapeake Bank Mobile Banking

App stinks. Love the bank, hate the app. Recurires to many characters for pass word and wants me to change way to often. I have a credit union account Which uses a 4 didget pin no. which i have used for years with problems. It makes it so easy and I love it. Right now I am locked out of my Ches bank account and I'm out of town on vacation and can not get it corrected. Got money I need and can't get to it.

I hate this bank and this app. It has a ridiculous log in that I have written down on a card I never have with me. Then the new app required a longer password. I created one and now it won't take it...and guess what, I need the log in which I dont have with me to change the password! This bank has changed cards twice. Old app wouldn't let me change the password to something I can remember so I carry the number with the card. They changed the card provider, then back again. Hate them!!!

It said my password was wrong even though it was the same exact password I use on the website, that's a serious problem I shouldn't have to change my password everytime I log in.

App won't let me take a screenshot. I'm currently looking to change banks, and this is likely a disqualifier.

The app is broken more than it works

This app should include more of a transaction history and make it more readily available. It's easier to check your transactions through a web page but then you have to go through two different passwords just to get there. Chesapeake Banks whole online banking system it's just terrible.

Constant issues with password mismatching on cell app vs computer. Constantly being locked out and having to call customer service. Very time consuming. Please fix the bugs.

I like how its very convenient, however only thing I don't like is that I keep getting an error message when I try and mobile deposit checks to my account. Tech support says it doesn't even see that I have been attempting, but the teller at bank even watched me do it with same error. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with same problem. If it were fixed I'd change my rating

Tried 5 times to take s pic of a check, crashed Everytime. Money gets deposited elsewhere while I consider switching banks.

Lots of features with the newest version

Comes in very handy! Can check transactions anytime, anywhere! I would hate to be without it!

I try to log in using correct password an login name all it does is go black and force close try again...... Using galaxy note 2

Force closes EVERY time I put in my password! Get your app together! I even uninstalled and re installed and still same problems!

It doesn't anything! These people are right, use your CORRECT username even pswd tells me loin failed ! So I will tell my bank that the APP is not worth bragging about! NO THANKS NOT WORTH ANY STAR GIVE IT A ZERO !

Everything works well. If you're having problems then you likely need to update your device..

All it does is force closed use to work fine now its a pos...worse app I've come across
