Great fun; love that there are no ads. Deduct one (1) star because the sound effects cannot be turned off in version 8.9.8

This is one of the most lightweight chess app I've ever seen, but full of all the bells and whistles one might ever need. Appreciate the developer for creating one of the most complete chess app around. Just two suggestions : 1) enable drag-n-drop move. 2) funnily enough, this app supports pre-moves, but on the other hand screams "illegal move". If you know what a pre-move is, you'd remove that "illegal move" alert.
great on the smartphone. really nice work, kudos! BUT on the chromecast, why oh why Black and white??!! premoves also not visible there? Also the lag* is half to one second which i find kinda slow. *Lag i mean the time from move on the phone to appear on TV. I'd be glad to pay for this app!! if fixed the chromecast issues. it be great for my chess neophyte nephews ;-)

It's a fantastic app, thanks to the developers. How do you tell the difference in the difficulty levels ? I just dont understand it ? Been playing this for years but I always seem to lose as I just dont know how to set the difficulty levels ! Are my stupid!? Would really like to know how to set them and what they mean? Thanks

It's a good app for playing chess at that level. So far good experience with this app. Recommended to play if want to sharpen your skills. So see you at least take a trial of it, take the plunge for now, go on.
Its minimalistic and you can also add your own chess engine to make it cater you. This is perfect and barebones.
Its a very lite app without ads. But Sometimes its board flips automatically. Please rectify the issue.
Good start, but need a lots of fix, First of all it does not recognize path to any folder, means when you want to import pgn games....
The best game there is for chess without the annoyance of advert. Whoever the developer is I'm wishing them the best of luck and thanks a bunch for the wonderful app.
No ada or purchases or anything, so grwat in that regards, however the AI seems too good, and you can't adjust it.
Excellent chess app, but cannot load any pgn files on my android 11 phone.
I can't play this game because the android is taking much time for it's next move. Totally worst of time.
best FICS client for android. one suggestion that: player should move piece by drag and drop not only clicking.
Awesome ad free and playing with android is cool. Also it has casting to tv, which makes it good in multi player
no evaluation meter to know which side is better, does not plays all opening and all positions repeats same response if same opening plays repeatedly

The problem persists. After 05/14 update the application can't install custom chess engines. New problem "an error occured". Great app over the years. Hope the developer fixes this omission soon.
