Chess 4 Casual - 1 or 2-player
The game comes with multiple difficulty levels from each to hard, simply use the slider to adjust the computer opponent strength. If the computer opponent is too hard to beat, just adjust the difficulty level before starting the game.
The easiest difficulty level has a not so smart opponent and sometimes it will make silly moves, this is a good opponent for beginners to chess.
The most difficult opponent is at the highest level, and the algorithm will take its time to think ahead and consider the best moves. It can trap you and catch you off-guard with fancy/unpredictable moves. It should provide good challenge for seasoned casual players.
The game comes with several beautiful boards set and chess pieces. Chose the one you like before starting a game, or you can even swap them in the middle of the game from within the Option screen. Select the board appearance from wood textures to classic black/gray and white checkerboards. Select the piece-set, from flat 2D style to beautiful classic pieces.

Background:
This game is intended for casual players. The algorithm utilizes "alpha-beta pruning" to provide the computer opponent with their intelligence. This method should provide the computer opponent with reasonable strength to challenge most casual chess players. The higher the difficulty levels, the more time it will take for the computer algorithm to find the best moves. If you're the impatient type and wants quick games, set the difficulty level to under 3 (there are 5 difficulty levels levels in the game).
If you're a beginner chess player, we recommend using the lowest opponent difficulty. Note that this app won't teach you how to play chess; it assumes that you know the basic rules of chess, such as what moves each piece can make (although it will highlight valid moves, you need to know chess rules to outmaneuver the opponent), or what "check" or "checkmate" means. The app may make special moves such as "En-passant" and "Castling."

chessboard wrong way around. smart enough, but predictable ai if you use the same moves. how can you even make proper ai when you don't even know the rules of chess? You even screwed up the queens position in the past.
The game was well designed and working properly when only I play with my friend. There is few logic has to be revisited when human Vs computer plays. I was not able beat Queen even when all logics are correct .
So it works well when i was playing with my friend but when playing the computer sometimes it would say that i checked the opposing king and when i captured it say i lost
App unusable because ads pop up that there is no way to exit from. So you are stuck to exit the app and restart.

When a color wins, the other color is displayed that they won. (White won, but showed black wins)
Good for 1v1 with a friend while waiting together for something. But the ai is super bugged. I checked their king and it ignored it and checked my king....so i confused, captured their king and it said that i lost.... Who made this? It violates the most fundemental rules of chess.
inaccurate.. Worst.. once i was playing with machine, i gave check to its king and itstead of saving its king but it gave me check for my king.. what kind of rules are they following.. ?? very unhappy
There is no 3 move repetition rule so the bot forces you to lose.
Level one Too easy Level Two and above, very difficult

Creator clearly doesnt kjow the rules of chess. The white queen started on the black square and the right corner was black.
the queen should always start on the colour square that she is.
The game itself is fine, just a basic chessboard that you can play against a friend or against the app but it doesn't seem to know the difference between winning and losing - I get told I've lost every time even when I've just taken their king!
