"Chess at ICC" offers:
Online play
* Play: Seek/offer match rated and unrated. You can also view seeks posted by other users. Can sort seek list by username, rating or game time. Options to filter the seek list.
* Chat in the lobby and other propular channels, or chat with Friends
* Friends: add your friends to the app and you can challenge them, chat, observe etc
* Observe top games on ICC and sort by category, showing only rating categories you are interested in observing.
* Events: Participate in a number of official events on ICC. Events include watching top relayed tournaments from around the world, playing in the pristine rating pools, playing TrainingBot and ProblemBot games, and more!
* History: view your played games and send them by email
* Account section to administer your ICC account
* Takeback, draw, abort, resign and rematch options when playing
* Fully functional console, for more control on the playing server
* Timestamp to avoid lag problems
* Confirm move feature to help avoid mouse-slips. Forward and Backward buttons are converted on Confirm/Cancel buttons
Play against the computer
* Selectable ELO Levels to adjust playing strength, from 500 to 2100, on 50 ELO points steps
* Selectable time per move: changing the ELO and the time per move, lots of difficulty levels can be selected

I cannot start another game. One game I played had the board reversed. I had to play with my pieces where my opponens pieces should have been. This is an absolute mess. I cannot believe that I am paying money for this terrible experience.
Unable to log in on Android app, from 2 different devices. I'm giving it 2 stars because it seems to work as a guest. However, my account seems inaccessible.
I like the look and access to my icc commad line, but I am uninstalling it because of random server errors that drop the game and I can't come back to continue.
Waste of time. Account created. Firewall disabled. Internet working and still cant connect to play so uninstalled.
intermittent sound, videos won't work, regardless of dozens of video players tried. A total disgrace!!!!
This was a really crappy chess app, slow as hell and total disaster. Lichess is a far superior chess app and as if that wasn't good enough, open source GPLv3. World Chess Network was a really good chess website back in the mid 2000s, a shame it was bought out by the ICC and degenerated into this. Anyway, just use Lichess, because Lichess is the future of online chess.
Best i am a icc user from 20 years but i found a bug that when we try to access vids it takes a decade to load vids and one more thing icc chess (now ) has a very weak community btw but anyways a great app room for improvement but highly appreciated by me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Terrible app. Even though I login as a member, I cannot export ongoing games to a PGN file and I cannot see a move list. There are better apps to play chess with.
Random disconnects no matter if wifi is stable or strong LTE. This has gotten worse with the recent updates
Most of players are auto bots You think you are playing with someone, but it's actually bot The reason for doing this, to let you think you always can find competitors when you log in And let you think they have many members Doesn't worth to pay even 1 cent
Last update says you fixed move sounds on some devices. On my galaxy note 9 you've now introduced move sound issues.
I think that this game can use some major improvements. Otherwise I get a few awesome games, but there seems to be a lot missing here...
Well, i have been a member since 1999 and without doubt is the best chess club. My handle there is "hondocando " I recommend it.
Offline Engine play is Buggy on my Samsung S10+ with Android 10. Can't install any engines other than the default.
Venerable site, PC, Mac, and tablets. A great place to play. Other resources are available.
absolutely rubbish, full of bugs, lagging animation in bullet.....worthless in single word
I have not been able to play a game since i downloaded the app and no one can give me any feedback that actually helps ...very disappointed ...
I can't connect to the chess club, I wrote them and was told its a problem with this app.
Had some really good experiences with this app playing professionally online with other users and tournaments in the USCF and I am really happy with this application.
Disconnecting for no reason at all. Then it auto-resigns the game.
The best chess playing experience I've encountered online as of yet..

sever is not quick enough for 3minutes blitz game other is good for android
I am constantly getting hacked in the politics channel n invariably end up playing against engines only
app is great. only problem i see is that draw offers appear in the middle of the screen blocking you from playing until you decline or close. it happened to me two times when cheaters offer consecutive draws in lost positions. a possible solution is to show the offer on the side or bottom of the screen so you see it but at the same time you can still play wothput having to close the window
