Chess for All

Love this feature, setting the autoplay interval in ms. But in many other respects it is bad. In particular annoying are board markers that cannot be disabled. Sometimes it crashes when loading a pgn. While viewing a game, it would often automatically jump to the end, and have to rewind it back. The controls are not handy.

The game is great, but the board and graphic not good.. You can add some textures and a wooden board to be more realistic and attractive.. also You can add arrows to show the last movement instead of lighting the squares.. I think this game with good graphic will be more interseting than chessbase :)

Awkward confusing setup. Levels too high. Apparently both chess engines Rodent and Stock Fish versions cheat. They defeat their own purposes and drive people off. Seemingly contradictory level settings. I couldn't find app ratings in the game, I had to come to Google games.

It is a nice app with almost all the components needed for a serious player. My only comment about the app is it needs a ability to put graphical colored arrows and squares (green,yellow and blue). It will help chess players for a greater analysis. I am looking forward to it. Thanks!

On good way but maintenace required. f.e. Anotations are not displayed in moves window, but in pgn which is not practicable. Then sometime variations on for example move no. 15 are wrongly placed after move no.17 or similar. If You may fix these it would be great. btw, how to remove those red dots which mark the square from piece was moved??? thanks, I wish You good luck, and continue this project.

only thing missing is blindfold mode for people who want to work on their visual skills or people who want to use the app just for the to and from sqaures for playing over a real life board to and from sqaures is already implanted in the app so just need add option to make pieces translucent love the App tho definitely very well put together I seen under engine play option ( Move ) default i believe is 8 is this for how many moves ahead engine is allowed to think ahead ?

This chess engine has stopped working on my phone. I have flashed my phone and reinstalled it , but it's still not working. I have restarted my phone severally but it's still not working(I mean the computer doesn't play against me. I can only play against my self or someone).It keeps saying" Restart the engine". But how do I restart the engine ?

Thanks for the upgrade to include engine vs engine matches! And keeping current with Stockfish 13. With the improved menu interface, and advanced options, c4a is running smoother than ever.

Problems with choosing pgn game. After clicking on a pgn file we want a list of the games in the file with the last played color marked. We can choose which game we want played like we did before the last update. So if we chose the last played (color marked) we should resume from the last position. Right now on clicking the pgn file , you are taken directly to the last position of the last game - without passing through the list of games - our choices have reduced.

This chess engine is amizing in chess earth....and no engine can creat such epic beauty when you play...even though i lost each and every time i enjoy its playing tantics,the way it destroy me. Thanks for presenting us such a beautiful unique machine.What i like is that it has different playing level from good better to best.And you can use it slso as a chess teacher .

The playing skill of this Chess app are similar to the playing skills of droidfish because both of them are stockfish engine based. I tried playing this Chess for All using both stockfish 13 and 14 against my favourite (Chess moves) at level 15 but still did not manage to beat this level in both games. Anyways I like the way it plays; it is very good in defence..

It's great, but please update it. Some of the oex engines like berserk, combusken and rubichess are not working here anymore. It says uci error whenever I tried to access it.

Can't complain stock-fish moves instantly it's a challenge if I had to criticize this app maybe the board be changed or there could be a certain style board we get to choose but that's being picky really love this app been playing for years now.

Great App. I thought Droidfish was the best but now I discovered that C4A is far better because it has a Computer Match option and two or more different engines can analyze at the same time.

Wonderful app overall..l suggest developers to add graphical arrows with colours and please fix the bug...(In 2.22 bug was was fixed but now again it goes back to normal position if I open another apps and go back to game)

I really love your chess apk, but I wish it would have a timer autoplay so I can watch games with easy touch. I just usethis apk for educational purpose but not for playing. You guys are Cool!

Recently downloaded. And how to save a game and create a pgn file? Says a new file, click ok button. Is the green tick the ok button? Also says 'no write permissions.' Thanq.

Apps is very useful but needs to improve one issue, it restart itself when l go another apps and returned back...l have to reposition again.

Can you add a feature like we can change the chess pieces or the set? It will be more exciting if we have more fabulous chesspieces.

This is best chess app. If you add multi engine tournament it will be perfect one.

App is good to test ones skills. There' are so many apps and this one is one of better ones

On my Android after playing sometime it says "Computer Paused, Restart engine in the screen right below. But, how to restart it ?😢

I wish to add arrow in both pieces please and sometimes while thinking and I want to move now and he said no posible move please fix this problem
