Since a month, unable to login. Just saw "Disconnected from server" all time. Sent several emails but no response, no support from author. ""Server is busy, please try again"" All time message when tried to create a game room. ""Can not join game room"" All time message when tried to tried to join a game room. So what else is the use of this App? :( Really disgusting
Was my favorite now timed out all the time, freezes, score counculations are inconsistent , and now cant log in because of server issues.This is the final straw for me. Been playing here for almost 10 years same account. Guess i will be playing ealsewhere now
It used to be great. But then it just turned into complete trash. Never can sign in no response to email or recovery. Servers ALWAYS down.
2 accounts I've lost. I have contacted the given support email numerous times to no avail . I love the app I just want my access back!
Use to be a good app, been using it since 2011. Everything is now outdated, and the servers are worthless worthless. Uninstalled!
Can't log back in once I got a new phone. I deleted app and reinstalled and now it says too many attempts on this device!! Junk
Crashes sometimes at end of game but apart from that the game is very good.
Customer service is slow to respond to password resets. I've been locked out of my account since October of 2018.
Doesn't even work!!! Just says server error or server offline!! Literally unplayable
stupid cannot create new account on the same device. i totally forgot old account.. no acount recovery.. i check my mail box no message.. stupid

this is not a real chess app or chess site, don't take playing here seriously because again, this is not a real chess app. If you're looking to kill some time (few hours) with some non serious play or you are someone who knows nothing about chess then this site is for you. Also if i owned a business I wouldnt advertise on a site that promotes or tolerates racism, genger inequality and pedophiliasm which this site does and more. BEWARE
Very bad app. Bad graphics. And cannot reset my password despite repeated emails sent. also cant open a new account
Looks like bots. I have several people with the same debute moves' set. . Very suspective. Uninstalling
Lately the server freezes on every game. The play clock for both player stops, no warnings, or connection errors. If/when you close the game, you automatically lose the game and your score goes down. The game is useless until this is fixed.
