I think this is the best chess study program for Android that I have seen. I love that you can open PDF files to study and make the moves on the board (I'm not having any problems opening them, can even open them from SD card.) You can also open PGN files and save PGN files. Could use the ability to switch UCI engine to Komodo 8, 9, Stockfish 7, 8, etc.
The pgn download stops at "L". Would be nice to see the other half of the alphabet.
I'd put 5 stars if I understood how to make the app work but it's not the case... very unclear, no instructions, even in game mode engine just doesn't make moves... please fix and I'll change my rating

I have a brand new Z5 but I can't download any PGNs. It starts downloading then immediately stops. Please fix this and I'll change the rating.
First, please make it possible to select Komodo chess engine in your PRO version (and if possible both Komodo and Stockfish running simultaneously in analysis mode). Secondly, please make it possible to open PGNs from Removable SD Card. Finally, a color and/or font distinction between the PGN chess notation and the engine analysis. More power
Can't access pgn files on removable sd card. No way to get to folders. No problem with pdf files. Have tried on multiple devices.
How can I download the pgn files of the GMs? It does nothing when I click on download pgn

This app rivals Droidfish, it even has more features such as online play and PDF ability. Developer very fast to respond to questions.
Now i can learn chess from my smartphone. Could you provide annotated pgn ? I wish i could learn from a more complex insight.
I have many other apps but this is the best chess study app on play store today. Feature rich and stunning interface... Pgn copy paste and save options while reading a PDF and in-game analysis (through stockfish and other installed engines) make this app unique. Lots of pgn games already available. Above all great support from the dev. An absolute must for any chess player who wants to get better at chess! Thumbs up 👍
PDF opens really fast. Supports everything. Very nice details and very big PGN database. Successful!
I have used the lite version for some time and decided to get the pro version, with hopes that it would allow me to save my pdf settings (remember last book opened and current page). Unfortunately, every time I launch the app, I have to reopen the pdf and try to recall my page number. Despite this and the inability to drag pieces (must click source then destination square, sometimes requiring many reclicks), it is a great study app.
