Worst app. Even worse automated service. You make payments on account. Balance in full. It takes 10 days to process. But show no balance on line or statement. You call customer service and they pretend to not hear you and hang up. I just called and paid the 58.00 bal. Of my 500.00 limit. Canceled the account. Dont care if it hurts my credit. This card is not worth having. 2x 👎👎 down
Not that good. You can't pay through app on your cell phone and there really aren't any rewards. Exxon and Shell apps have more options and are user friendly. Their apps are much better! With Exxon your purchase automatically accumilates rewards for cheaper gas.
This app needs a lot of MAJOR HELP. The app stalls out when you're trying to login, trying to make a payment, or simply browsing the app. If there was such a thing as negative stars, this app would have received a negative five (-5)
It doesn't give you prices per station. You get more info from Google maps.
Shell app allows me to pay for gas @ the pump using their app and allows me to use my gas card. This app needs to same features.
Luv this app at home and on the road. Easy to use, helpful, responsive, accurate.
Says there's a new app version to install, but there isn't and can't access account now.

Couldn't log in on the old app, can't log in on the new app (service unavailable). Time to move on. Well, tried again (9/19), and I got to say that this is a great . . . example of how NOT to do an app. Maybe try giving it over to a middle school class to get it working? At least get it past the continuous "service not available" message.

I haven't opened this app in the last 4 months, and I just dive deep to look at my phone bill which I pay for individual gigabytes. And I found out this uses about 4 gigabytes of my data, what is it even going on I don't even open this app. Why would they do that that is like 40 bucks a month for me and I've never really even opened this app. Can you guys please help me out and explain why, I wish I can sue or get a refund for like 40 bucks, this is really ridiculous and very unfair.
