This app put 6 orders through instead of the 1 order I placed and charged my account $1,100. I have spoken to customer service multiple times and they won't even begin to process the refund until they recieve their shipments back that their app placed by mistake. So I'm stuck here with my account overdrafted waiting for them to get their boxes back and hope to God they don't get lost in the mail so I can have money to pay my bills. I have been a customer for 7 years and they don't even care

Thank heavens for Chewy. They carry a wide variety of foods, toys, and supplies. Their pet prescription department is phenomenal, and makes the process very simple. The app is easy to navigate, and you can change autoships very easily. If you are having any issues, the call centers have caring and compassionate staff. I only have one small objection, and that's with using FedEx. It's not like Chewy has any control over what FedEx does, but I really wish they would use a more competent shipper.

My low rating is for the most recent update (March 2022). Previously, I liked the app. It worked, was reasonably frictionless, and was fairly intuitive. Since the update, I just keep getting screens saying that information is not available and to try again later. It also told me my auto ship had shipped when it had not. I finally had to go to the website to figure things out. The website is functioning fine. The app is just ... no.

Chewy makes life easier. Unfortunately; from time to time, my items are unavailable. But when everything is available, Chewy is the most reliable! I have extremely picky eaters- I can only get their food from Chewy or sometimes PetSmart; rarely PetSmart... it's out of stock there twice as often and for longer. Those are very stressful times. Now, is one of those times. All in all, I highly recommend downloading the app and giving them a try.

I enjoy the app very much and its very nice to use. Customer service replies back quickly, although it does seem like a few phrases are auto-reply. Its a new person replying to your email every time so what one person told you may be different from what someone else tells you so just make sure to check things for yourself as well. But besides that its a good app and makes things convenient.

Love Chewy but having a major issue adding to the correct autoship. Calling you isn't gonna help. I found my own work around. I've got to use a different browser other than Chrome, and not the app on my Pixel phone since the app won't let me do what I usually do. It only lets me add to the first autoship listed, not the second or third one. Can't unclick the first one either. already highlighted. Getting frustrated but had to just find another way unless you fix it. I'm not the only one...

Generally works well, easy to find items and place an order, but the Autoship feature needs organization to ensure that orders are not shipped by mistake, causing returned shipments. By default, it should sort the Autoship orders in acending order by date, with the next order to be shipped right there at the top. There should also be an option to sort the Autoship by 'title' if end-users add titles. One Big Plus: The Upcoming Shipment alerts seem to work very well now! - Thanks!!

I love Chewy. Not the app. The latest update is buggy. Like flea and tick buggy. Auto ship won't let you add, or change quantities. Update one auto ship, one your account, then it can't find the server. Please don't fix what is not broken! Used to be a 5 star app now 3. Can't find items that used to be very easy to search on.

While I don't usually order a lot online, Chewy has become my default for all things dogs and cats. The prices are typically better than anywhere else, you can't beat the amazing collection of all things awesome for my animals, and on the off chance there has been an issue, the customer service has been absolutely generous and supportive. Chewy def. goes to "11."

This is a review for the company; I don't really have an opinion on the app. There was a bag of dog food missing from my autoship order. I called the number provided, was greeted by a kind woman, and my issue was resolved in under a minute. I was fully prepared to have this be a long process, but they quickly solved the issue and were very helpful. For that reason alone, I'll be for sure sticking with chewy autoship.

Love Chewy. Had no probs with the app until this week. Can't add to my autoship. I have multiple and it will only allow me to add to the first one. When I select another, all the radio buttons fill in. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. So it's kind of useless then

I have had a wonderful experience. Everything I have ordered was shipped promptly and no substitutes were made. Love the app! I don't have to spend an enormous amount of time searching for product back and forth, meds, vetricyn products, bedding, snacks, toys...everything is major easy for me to find and at my door steps in prompt and speedy time... Thank you!

I recommended Chewy to everyone and gave 5 stars in the beginning. Fast forward (years) til now and I'm considering canceling my autoship with chewy. The company did not perform well during the pandemic. Now, throw in prices, that are now more than a grocery store and appear to be climbing, in conjunction with out of stock and unavailable items I'm left with 1 pro, it's delivered to my door. That doesn't say much. I cannot recommend this company ever again.

Chewy has been great up until recently; lately it seems nearly every shipment is running late, leaving me at times scrambling to get into town & pick up something when my expected delivery never arrives. Granted it doesn't often take long for it to show up later, it's still extremely inconvenient for how far out of town I am & how many animals I care for. An inconvenience that Chewy originally mitigated very well, so I'm disappointed. I loved this app.

I have never been happier with a delivery service of any type. My orders are always 100% accurate, arrive in an extremely timely manner, in fact quicker than my Amazon prime deliveries. If there ever is a question or problem the customer service is above and beyond any others in any industry. Simply, Chewy is a completely amazing company. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to family and friends, and I do, often!

Great app from a great company! I usually shop thru my browser & avoid apps for individual sites because it feels like they tend to unreasonably encroach on privacy. But since Chewy has always been great to deal with, I decided to give the app a chance, and it is truly the exception! Seamless shopping experience, no weird permission requests, no random notifications, no kinks... love it!

Worked perfect until a few weeks ago. Sudden issues with the app. I can't add an item to the autoship I want, it keeps adding items to the wrong one. It will not deselect the autoship I don't want which is the default when the window pops up.

Usually the app works great, but lately I'm having issues with adding things to my Autoship orders. It will only let me add things to the Autoship listed first and won't let me click a different one. EDIT: I've already deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing changed.

I love Chewy....having said that I've had to stop using them due to issues with the company that handles their shipping. (FedEx) Lost & Damaged shipments were the biggest issue...In addition to getting the boxes with ants in them. Chewy was great about making it right but it was stressful and a hassle....I wish I could use them again.

Chewy generally has what I'm looking for and has great info about products. I love autoship for items I need regularly. App is easy to use, checkout is fast, and items are shipped quickly and safely. I like that they take the time to let me know if an order is delayed.

I have been ordering from chewy for years and I love them! the app makes it just as easy to order as it does on their website. they are so easy to contact and their customer service is wonderful! they are quick to respond and resolve any issues I ever have. i am a big chewy fan!

Chewy has a good selection of products but they best thing that they offer is customer service. Only ever had one bad experience and it was so inconsequential in the history of fantastic assistance that it isn't even worth considering. A great company that is worth being loyal to.

I love the Chewy App! I use it to periodically order litter, water filters & cat food. It is so convenient and their shipping is quick. It is so nice to have my products delivered to my door. I recommend this app without reservation.

so helpful when i am to visually impaired at times. I needed to replace a gate and an additional small pen that opens up like a little fence I could not find online so I called I was adding an additional fence and I wanted it to match the other two I bought 5 years ago and it was amazing that they could find the exact two products to send to me I am visually impaired and Immunity impaired so I am elated!!! can't wait to try the green wee wee pads to help the environment I am ordering now.

It's very organized with options, and has very expansive choices to choose from for many different types of pets. Would recommend getting it if you are considering on getting a new pet

Chewy is the best!!! They have the largest variety of pet products. They are constantly improving their catalog, while striving to give ultimate service. We appreciate their policies on pets that have crossed over. Our pack is (6 dogs, 2 cats and 20 fish.) Thanks Chewy!

I like chewy in general the only complaint I have is every time I get a order delivered the packages are crushed and most times open and canned items are bent and some of them are punctured and have to be thrown away. I get tired of complaining about the delivery of my items but the delivery is most definitely a problem. Alot of times the delivery person complains about the weight of the products and their aching backs.. but all in all chewy has the best price for the products . great company 👍
