Why wait for an appointment or sit in a doctor’s office? Great care is just clicks away from wherever you are. Use the CHI Health Virtual Care app to describe your symptoms, indicate treatment preferences and consent, provide your credit card information and confirm your information.
- Within minutes, a licensed health care provider will contact you via phone, mobile device or computer.
- The licensed health care provider will assess and diagnose your condition, prescribe medications and discuss a treatment plan with you.
- After the virtual visit, a personalized treatment summary will be posted to a secure web portal for your access only.
Virtual visits are typically a qualified expense for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HAS) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Just check with your account administrator for reimbursement of the visit fee.
Due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot provide a virtual visit to individuals covered under a government insurance program (Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Tricare).

Signing up and getting started was easy to do and I got in right away. The provider was very sweet and listened well to my concerns! Great resource to have especially to a time like this! Wonderful app and big shout to the providers that have to be on call for the virtual health care!!!!
Waited for almost two hours for 2 different providers, when I was the next patient in line, the Dr would go off line and I had to start all over, not once but twice. Never did get to talk to a provider. Very dissatisfied
Great medical care for only 10 dollars. Plus they can call in medication as needed. I highly recommend this it beats going to the Urgent Care and the bill is extremely cheap

Took a while to get through which is expected given high volume. Yesterday I picked a physician and the app asked if I was okay moving to another line. When I was almost up with a few people ahead of me the app moved me to another physician with 33 in line. Today I stuck with the same physician and had a great experience despite the video chat having issues. I would recommend this to others.
