Chi MPEA Tax App

Crashes all the time, inconsistent, and even the page to change your password doesn't work. Garbage.

I have an account but, the App won't let me finish using my information on file bc it states my email and phone number is already been used. Duh. it is me trying to add the Apple on my Smartphone vs just using my License at the Kiask at the 2 airports. IT needs to fix this and recognize that this is me by my license and license number etc. I tried editing after I gave it a different email address and a old telephone number.

It keep freezing my stamps. I am unable to access them. The contact support is 3rd class. There is no phone no available.

It is the worst app ever any body made it. I have stumps but starters scan it has been used I lose time and money. It happens many many times. When try ask help their is non.......

NEGTIVE. I lost customers yesterday for non function the app. After call to customer service they promised to call me back between one to two business days. Now I will stop to do my business and waiting them to call me. NEGATVE Over the two weeks no one call to fix the problem. I was able to reset password on the desktop and put new one. I uninstall and reinstall that app still not working

Keeps telling me I have stamps but when they get scaned the booth operator tells me its no good. I don't do a lot of airport pick ups so I don't buy a lot of stamps. Please fix this problem!!!

problems with stamp... Tried several times Twice on and off my phone. Erase app And still networking. Tried 2 different times of credit card still networking Tried 2 different times of credit card still networking Clients waited 15 minutes Still networking

Doesn't work well. Most of the time it will say can't retrieve stamps. Meanwhile, internet is working and stamps have been purchased.

worst app ever!!! can't even add a credit card. everytime I try to buy stamps, the message comes up - unable to retrieve stamps.

I have since last Friday been trying to retrieve one of the four stamps in my account but system won't let me.Had to go to a kiosk to retrieve the four stamps this morning.

Not able to update information in app nor retrieve stamps

failing at times...will not clear out old stamps... having problems downloading and installing new stamps

this is just a peace of junk and the the personnels at the airport are not professional they make me lose my customer for there unworking app.

It is always not updated, it will work for two weeks then just act up.

this app always needs to be updated every four months , this is stressful

cached tics occur regularly and difficult to reload
