Chic Me - Best Shopping Deals

I dont know if I am the only one experiencing this issue, but for more than two weeks now I have been unable to log into my real account via the mobile app. It keeps showing different people's accounts each time I log off and back in. I had to go use the website instead. Can this be looked into please. I had no problem with the app before now. But well, chicme return process is quite annoying, it takes ages to get a response. I wish it can be more easier by clicking on few buttons.

My experience so far with Chic Me has been good. Sometimes I have issues with it freezing up or products not showing up when I click. But other than that it's not an issue at all. Very easy to use. Beautiful products. Just be careful when choosing sizes. They tend to be smaller then you'd expect. But still can't say I've been too disappointed in what I've ordered. Easy to find what you're looking for exactly.

I enjoy shopping with Chic Me. Most products are worth the money, some aren't. But I've been very fortunate with ones I look and fit properly instead of the ones I've disliked and that didn't look like what was shown.

Negative-0 star!!! I was very disappointed with my order! My order was incorrect and duplicated! That meant I was charged twice for items I did not order! I was not able to get a refund and the return policy is total trash! I will never buy from this company again! Contacting someone at the company is nearly impossible! You can start a customer service chat and immediately be booted out of the chat and locked out! Total scam! Do your research before purchasing from this trash company!

Clothes are made of cheap materials, the stitching is horrible. Two of the dresses that I recieved are so badly made their isn't any point in wearing them or gifting them. I recieved them yesterday and today I just want my money back. They dont refund 100%, they give you 3 options $10 cuopon , 10% of your next order or %10 money back of what you paid and also you have to pay the shipment back. So pretty much scam! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER! Tik tok fb and insta I will post this.

I'm very unhappy with my order one item out of 4 fit. EVERY thing else was to small. And the quality of the items is so cheap. I ordered everything a size bigger than I wear and it was still to small. I won't be ordering from this app again. I didn't even mention the time it took to get my order.

My Account has been hacked and I'm constantly seeing other people's accounts, i have to log out and back in to see mine. My card was used,I had to cancel it, I reported it to customer service and all they asked was do I want to cancel my order I didn't even make. There are things in my shopping cart I never put there, I canceled my account but I am able to still log into it and it's still being used, I'm still getting e-mails about purchases I'm not making.

Nice clothing not all the material looks like the same quality on the buyers as they do on the models. Also once you have checked out you cannot add to your order, you have to cancel the order, start over and by doing so you lose your discounts and your free gift on your first purchase. I was rather disappointed as it was a nice gift to be given a gift and a discount buy it was taken away simply because I wanted to add more.

Don't waste your time and money. The fabric of these items makes the cheapest primark items seem top quality. Customers service is basically inexistent and I'm still waiting on my refund from a month ago. The app is easy to use when ordering but unbelievably difficult when it comes to you having a problem. An absolute joke. I will probably have to report them as fraud soon since they do not appear to be in a rush to refund me for the items I've returned on my own expense.

Trust me on this, save yourself the trouble and don't download this app. It's the equivalent of buying off of eBay. I've ordered twice from them, four items in total and they were extremely low quality and not like the description. They take months to get to you but only give you a 14 day return policy. I currently have an open case with them with my bank. They're an entire scam. Not one item I've gotten from them was even remotely useable or what the description was.

Everything on the app/website is a lie this whole app is a scam! Everything I have ordered off here took months to finally get to me and when it finally did it was never my size, and the stitching was horrible! Meaning threads were always falling out of the outfit and I also have to pay to return them but can't because you can only return after 2 weeks & I always receive items after 1 or two months. Nothing on the app is worth buying because what you're purchasing isn't want you're gonna get 👎

Bought 4 outfits but only received 3, and out of the 3 only 1 was as described. I contacted them about missing item and It's been 2 months and they haven't responded at all. 2 of the outfits are poor quality. Bought 2 winter sweat suits and one of the pants is completely see through amd very thin material. The shirt on other is completely see through as well. Purchasing here is a gamble. Don't waste your money. I spent over $100 for one good outfit which was the shirt dress. Not worth it

I always shop here and everything I've gotten looked exactly how it did when order was place. love their communication if something is out of stock they prompt you right away with options. This is my go to online for all my clothes!🤗 I strongly recommend shopping here to anyone.

I wish I could give them zero stars..first they didn't want me to return the package and tried to haggle the percentage to give back..now they saying the package I sent back weighs less so I didn't send everything back. The gotcha is I made a video of me packaging everything!. So basically they trying to steal my money. I told them I only kept a purse and anklet and everything else I have on video. Don't shop here they're thieves and if I have to I will escalate this further!

Clothes looked really nice but definitely not what you expect. Sizes are horrible and definitely super wrong. You barely get a refund, I wasted my money on clothes I had to donate. A waste of money and time. Uninstalling this app and will no recommend

I ordered four things 4 things for my wife the description and sizing was way off they would not let me return it the amount of times that I had to contact them about getting a refund it was too late and the refund with past its due date. Reason for one star because I can't put no stars

Noone should have to buy something, wait a mth just to be disappointed. I ordered small items & was shipped some over size S. Tried to exchange as I do want the item but in a smaller size. They wouldn't allow. Bought 8 items and only 1 of them fit properly. If I can rate it no star I would. The items are no way a S but one of the item they sent along with it is the correct small. I waited so long for my package and I was literally hurt when the items didn't fit. I've never seen a Small so large.

This is the worse site i have order one outfit so long i keep asking were is my stuff they keep tellong me about its on its way this is not rite then talking to customer service after they say one word or two they disappeared and cant get a hold of them back this site is a rip off and a scam

If I could give you no stars I would! Ordered from them on 4/11/2022 and still waiting. Opened a ticked and person told me I had to wait or they'll take 10% of return fee. I needed the items for a trip but now I know not to use them ever again.

I purchased 2 dresses and am using Klarna for payment. I've already paid 1/2 of the 54.24. I don't show the order on my account, but Klarna does show them. This has been since around the 2nd week of April. I've been trying for 2 days to contact you, by email, text and phone. I called 27x in one day. I've spent approximately more than 150.00. Love most items shown but tbh some of the photos look almost pornographic and the models look photoshopped. I'd be more likely to purchase items if the models looked like real women

I saw a flower printed ladies blouse. The add offered several dufferent colours but when you click on the picture if the blouse,which is red you cannot see or buy the other colours so disappointing and no way of contacting this web site.

I love Shopping online with chicMe, I have shop before, than I slow down for a few.. But now I'm back an ready to shop. I love the Quinty of the Materials, They are so Comfortable, And It's Reasonable Prices on Sum Things.. The outfit that I got is still good I still have them an ready to pull them out the Closet.. I wash them , The color is still there an They didn't Strink up after the Wash They're Are Still Perfect.. So Yas I have no complaints Yet.. I'm Actually Waiting on 3 Separate orders
