easy to navigate, makes me look good when I can give clients costs in a matter of seconds.
very useful especially when showing a property and the client asks about the total cost..
Video posting content would perhaps benefit from more comprehensive instructions for posting.

Easy to use and clear details for clients and potential buyers/sellers.
I use this app almost daily for my clients. It's very comparable to many the lenders in my area, although I still make sure to have them check in with their lender and they come back to say just how close the numbers came back. Very reliable app and great to have in the field.

To bad it's already March of 2022 and this app is FULL of info-graphics, videos and whatnot from 2021🤦🏾♂️. Come on guys...this is ridiculous. Especially since I've paid for the premium version. I'd like to post some of these graphics for my social media presence but can't because it's all obviously OLD information. Update this app...this is ridiculous.
