I like the app and has very good content. Frequent crashes and sometimes won't open or I get an error message when trying to open the app. The app has improved its look since my last review but the issue remains the same
Terrible layout. Latest revision is terrible. I'm turning to ESPN for in game stats. Also, constantly have to restart on my Android tablet.
I have to uninstall and reload the app on a regular basis. I am on an android phone. The homepage constantly freezes and I can't navigate anything. It's a pain but a labor of love. Bear down.
Much more functional than previous versions. Ticketmaster connection still at times misfires.
Good app. Some videos don't load, but not many. Great info, pretty up to date.
Terribly designed app. It looks like it was designed by a 6th grader and is more challenging than it should be to navigate. I have all notifications turned off, yet every time I open the app it asks me about notifications with no obvious way to get past that screen. Really? I might have expected an app to act and look like this 10 years ago but not in 2019. Actually, the app reflects pretty closely how the Bears are performing on the field... unorganized with a lot of errors and they look bad
Been having issues for over a month and leaving feedback from the bears official app, but to no avail. I cannot watch any videos from the app, I'm able to watch the advertisement but once the video begins it turns off after about 1 second and then window pops up for app failure. Uninstalled/reinstalled still nothing, restart phone, uninstall/reinstall and nothing. Please fix this.
I go to play a live video and it comes back and tells me," can't play this video at this time"!!
No other app I have suddenly stops as much as this one does. It will work fine sometimes then not at all. Can't get in the app at all right now, trying to see how the game is going. Kinda important, and the point of being a fan. Reinstalled several times, never helps. And this has been going on for years, and no one seems to care enough to fix it.
Video cut out during key times of Bears, Steelers game, 11/08/21. Shut off at game conclusion. Recap had four ads, which I muted and covered up screen. I can't take ads! Then it repeated the same one play over again. It never got past the 1st quarter touchdown recap. No other video shown post game. No full recap or highlights, just stats. Very disappointed Bears fan, long way from home out west, at college now. Terrible app tonight. Poor quality. I support Team Mongo! Go Steve Michael!
Keeps me updated with everything the new management is doin to get da Bears back to being a force in the north
Android save to Google pay does not work. The guides are wrong, tried with several modern phones from this year and last year. The ticket management process is annoying and convoluted. Contrast this with a standard airline app, where you get notifications including a link to your ticket. On gameday the app should open to a barcode.
It crashes my phone A LOT! I keep on reinstalling over time but it never seems to get fixed. I love the App when it works on my phone and dont have problems on my tablet. I never had this problem with the App until maybe 9 months ago. Please fix it.
It barely works in Android. Rarely loads and tells me there is no wifi when every other app works, including the Raiders app, at the same time. It is frustrating. It is also slow at updating statistics which should be done almost instantaneously.
love the Bears but the app is trash. Immediately from download the app force closed, I finally get it to stay open long enough to read half an article and it force closes. also have to continually tap the screen during videos because the screen locks like its inactive. very poor.
Horrible! Have been looking for what we paid for our tickets and can't find it anywhere! Also I can't get into our login. I have to close the app and go in through Google! What a waste, again! Figured after a spare year, it could all get straightened out!
No wallet support for Android. App closes randomly. The app is required to pull up your tickets to enter the game, but it is not in anyway reliable. Be prepared to stand outside the gate waiting for tickets to download because the app crashed near the stadium and there is not enough wifi and you cannot save your tickets before the game. NFL should create an app like MLB and not allow teams to try their hand at it. Embarrassing lack of critical functionality.
Good. I'm along time Bears fan, but I moved to South FL about 10 years ago. I like am able to follow them when their games are not nationally televised. I think the drives section is very slow to update, and is very difficult to follow. I also miss the standings icon.
The app did not present an option to download and store my tickets before the game as advertised on the bears website. Before the game I verified I was able to bring up my ticket barcode. At the gate however, the app mysteriously brought up a QR code instead, which the stadium personnel said they could not use. So i had to stand there, smushed along side the security line, try restarting the app 2 time until the barcode decided to appear again. Mobile ticketing is gonna be fun.
Since you've added the advertisements before videos, the only things that play are the advertisements. ...try to load it again. Get to watch ads again and still no video. Please fix this. ....btw, do you really need more ad revenue? ...and it continues. I'm uninstalling app. Have a hood day!
Crashes all the time. Dosen't register that you are watching a video. This leads to my screen shutting off all the time. It's been like this for years and never gets any better. I bet the packers app works just fine.
Slow to open, difficult to navigate, elements poorly marked. Took me 7 minutes to find the schedule. Looked at buying tickets but the search map is very deceiving...thought section 300 was closer to the field but it's almost the top of the stadium
The app is cool, but it crashes a lot, ads loop, way too many articles and not enough video content. Content is the wave. We don't come to this app for journalism alone. We wanna see the guys to read a column
Electronic tickets cost me the entire 1st quarter of bears vs Panthers game because it would not upload ticket to my phone. I was already in the stadium but couldn't get into club box section, took ten minutes. The rest of the app seems good. I like the updates about bears players and practices
It's good most of the time but I live and die by this app and sometimes I get an alert about live press conference and I go to the app and it doesn't work and it makes super pissed that I have to search all over the place to get find it on different platforms ro watch it
