To use Chicago Patrolmen’s FCU Mobile App, you must be a Chicago Patrolmen’s FCU member and enrolled in our online banking service. If you are currently enrolled, simply use your existing credentials to log in. For new users, please sign up via www.cpdfcu.com or by using the Sign Up button within the app. Your initial login credentials will be your 5-digit account number and 9+last four digits of your SSN (i.e. 91234).

Don't use alot, but still going strong since App has been updated. Still convenient for quick pay of bills, easy transfer funds when needed.
App won't load after signing in. Must be a new update or something. The app also has issues with direst deposit on mobile checks
Very convenient and time saving. This is a great feature, especially in these times.
Easy to make payments on accounts
App is good for paying your bills but to stay competitive with the big banks, it needs a quick pay feature to friends/ family. People don't carry cash nowadays so it is vital to add this feature to today's mobile banking.
Good app, can do most of what needs to be done. Bill payments takes much longer than other banking app to be processed and funds removed from account. Could use a zelle option as well.
4 Stars since I've started using a few week ago it does a lot, but needs to link with zelle quick pay, and a few bugs with the check deposit feature but other than that no issues.

The app takes multiple tries to make a deposit. Sometimes it just doesn't work. I hope it gets better: 3.5 stars at best. Better yet, I can't wait for the day when paper checks are just exhibits in a museum.
Love this app!!! Very easy to make payments and transfers from both internal and external accounts.
Just started using the app a few weeks ago and so far so good. Gave 4 stars because the bank needs to connect with Zelle so transfers between non-CPFCU banks are faster.
Easy to navigate and read all accounts. Needs work on Real time transactions and balances.
It can be difficult sometimes to deposit a check this way. I finally got the hang of it, and it's great. Beats a trip to the brick and mortar.

This app gets better and easier to use all the time. It is fairly easy to use, and I get necessary updates regularly.
The ads are unwanted. They never have anything of interest, they take up room and cover what I want to see. Stop showing them!
I was just about to go to the credit union to deposit a check into the ATM, until I noticed on the CPFCU online banking that I could do it remotely. When did they add this feature? Hurray!
