1. This paid app needs much more than an upgrade. 2. As well as many other apps, it needs to be updated immediately & frequently as changes are taking place on the whole entire CTA/RTA transit systems. 3. CTA L train feature needs destinational directions going both ways in Vice Versas with time & travel anouncements just like for the CTA buses. 4. The pay app version also needs a PACE bus feature for all the route numbers, destinational directions as well with time & travel anouncements included too.
Well works, but the ads are annoying. I know I could pay not to have them, but I make very little money. The ads turn voice in the places that I try to be quiet, and last sometimes for several seconds, when you try to catch the bus, and cannot see the time, before the ad ends.
Nearby is not functional for a long while even I uninstall and install again. I'm not sure this is due to the app or android system update. I've no choice but change to another app.
Google placed a Favorable Review (On top) that is 4 Years old and EXTREMELY INACCURATE. This app is soooooo OUTDATED, it doesnt have the LATEST TRANSIT ROUTES or ANY REALTIME INFO. It should be removed from Google Play!!!
App is no longer showing any information, not working at all. Critical issue, please fix. App has not been working for almost a month now.
Installed it, looked up one route, then immediately uninstalled. Couldn't tell me how to get from Mag Mile to Lakeshore and Belmont. Said no such route existed. Really? Are you sure? Because my deletion if this app says you're wrong.
After a major update, the app stopped working. waited about a month for the team to fix it. sorry cant wait anymore. uninstalling it using a pixel
Used to be a decent app. Now it's completely useless. Won't tell me routes too and from where I'm going, when I know there are. I uninstalled it and and won't use it anymore.
Buses leave always before the time shown in the app. Real-time means in a real time and not late.
Trip planner does not work. Always says no routes found. Update: Trip planner still does not work.. It now reports it is unable to load results.
app crashes Android and it's been 5 days with no fix. basic integration tests would've shown this
I am a passenger and always like to self transport on CTA buses and L trains including pace buses that takes me to the suberbs like stores that I shop such as walmart, target, best buy, and woodfield mall as well.
Trip planner has stopped working entirely. I'm giving up and looking for something that works.
not sure what you did but this app doesnt load any buses or trains anymore. reinstalled as well and still nothing.
train times aren't showing suddenly. re-installed but still doesn't show - Google Pixel
Worthless app. The routes are not up to date. The drivers are just as bad.
no longer works!! I used this all the time, but it's worthless now. very frustrating.
Doesn't work. All I get is empty screen at station and I literally see trains go by.

It makes our travel more convenient for us.
I never review apps but I had to say how much I loved this app. We were in town for only one day and purchased an unlimited transit pass for the day. The trip planner is amazing. Being tourists we had no idea how to get anywhere. It was so easy to open the trip planner, put in where we wanted to go and it showed us multiple transit options with times and how to get to the closest stop. Highly recommend for visitors!
