Used to be great, but it's now faster to force-quit and relaunch the app than to wait for it to update if it's been opened recently.
Good, but not perfect, works well to save routes. Has trouble updating sometimes.
App still doesn't work at all on samsung galaxy s9+ after newest update and force closes every time I open it.

Why hasn't this app been updated since February of 2015? Is there still a dev team on this app?
Pay the man people. It's the best CTA app in the market. The key is organizing the stops that are relevant to you into cohesive headings. So maybe you have four different choices from your home, those go under the heading "home" then maybe "Wrigleyville" or "The Loop" this way you aren't just staring at a huge list.
I love this app. No more waiting in the freezing cold or scorching sun for the bus. Accurate estimates on arrival times most of the time. Has a few glitches, but still worth the money!
The app works well, but the functionality is not always the most helpful. You cannot easily look up routes that aren't on your favorites. It's great for looking at frequent routes, but cumbersome if you're trying to use it on the streets.
Nothing special at all about this product- you can get it on their website and sometimes more easily
Pros: No ads Organize/ rename routes Cons: Alarm doesn't work App sometimes takes minutes to load/refresh times Only lists the l specific bus / train direction, so even if you could take the other buses or taking the train different direction, App only lists the ones you have specifically listed I was/am really happy wth Fast Times I bought this one bc it has an alarm you can set for approaching routes but all the times I have set it, it doesn't work
Decent enough app, but there are others that are way better and do a lot more. This one isn't worth paying for

I use this app all the time during my commute to/from work. I love how it loads multiple routes at the same time, so you know which bus to catch.
This thing never knows where I am at.
Good when it works but it takes SO LONG to load and sometimes won't load at all.

This app was a total waste of my time and money. It takes FOREVER, and I mean FOREVER to load!!! And that is when it is working! It only works 50% of the time, and it is frustrating to say the least! My recommendation is to not waste your time with this app. Go with the Red Eye app... it is free, accurate, & reliable.
Its all there is so I guess you just have to deal with service on their app and on the transportation.
I use the app every time I ride CTA and it is always as accurate as the times published on CTA's website. You can store frequently used routes for stock information at a glance.
The paid version is exactly the same as the Lite version. Probably worth the $2.99, but if you were expecting upgrades, don't bother.
Wish you could import routes and groups from Lite. Need a lot of work done on the alarm.

Fixed as of Dec 11. Thanks! Love this app, but the mapping feature isn't working for the past week or so. I see the bus stop on a blue background instead of the map.
