Chicken Express

Extremely poorly designed app. Totally useless. I was able to set an account but the app is so archaic, it won't function. Tried finding the local restaurant and it said Geo Location services turned off. OK, most apps will open the setting page but not this one. Turned on manually and never could find the local store within a mile. I tried searching near my home address and it did not find the store down the street. Don't waste your time with this app. Uninstalling it as it's totally useless.

Completely Useless This app only shows 2 locations no matter what address you put it, and those stores don't even allow mobile orders. It also keeps saying my location is off when it isn't. You can't even view the menu. Garbage. Gabage app. Whoever designed this should be fired. Chicken Express, why haven't you fixed this?!

App is so buggy I could barely make an account. Once I finally got an account, the app could not recognize my address nor could it find a store near me. Regardless of having my location active and permissions set, the app continuously loaded while looking for a store near me. Never found it after twenty minutes so I uninstalled.

I should have read the reviews before downloading the app. It took me 11 tries to create an account. The app could not verify my address. I tried different variations of my address. Hyphen, no hyphen, period, no period. It was crazy. Then, my password did not meet their requirements. Thing is, they don't tell you the requirements when you create it. It took me 30 minutes to get the account set up. I finally got logged in and all the app does is allows online orders. I deleted the app.

App doesn't work. Can't find any of my local stores so I can't place an order. Doing by address or location services both do not work. I even tried an address directly across the street from our nearest store and the app said no stores found. Please just let us pick from a list of stores by city. Doing it by address is tedious and silly.

Worthless. They want a phone number, email and address. I didn't see any privacy policy. I just have hope that my information will not be sold. The restaurant is really good, so I hoped that the app would come with specials like most restaurant apps. What a fool I am! Also I cannot use the app to order food from the store that I go to. I have literally no idea what the app is useful for.

Amateur app. Rejects passwords, but doesn't give password rules up front. There is a Chicken Express about 2 miles from my house and 2 others in town, but it can't find any locations near me. This app is way behind similar apps from other restaurants.

I didn't have trouble login in, I just logged in as a guest. However it was unable to find the store in my town. I type in the towns name and state. Didn't work. Tried adding the zip code. Didn't work. Then tried just the zip code. Once again no such luck.

I don't normally bother with reviews, but, this is such a disappointing app I had to say something. It took forever to sign up and once I did it couldn't locate the store that I know exists! I even entered the exact address for the store and it kept saying it could not locate it! This is a complete waste of time!

Good for Tulsa, maybe. It only lets me choose the Tulsa location. If I had an extra 8 hours for the round trip, I could go get my dinner. Tulsa is literally the only location it allows me to choose so for anywhere else, the app is utterly useless.

I didn't get past the registration process because they wanted way too much information. They wanted your phone number , street address and would not budge on either . I don't understand why they need either buts of info like that when you're on the app from your phone. All I can think is that they want to sell off information. Don't get the app

Horrible restaurant app!! Could not get app to find default store. Entered the store address and it still didn't work.. Not a very good restaurant app at all. Others are a whole lot more friendly and easier to use.. Uninstalled to save my space..

They need to get a better system, I'm having trouble getting this thing to operate. However it doesn't work like other apps. It's hard to navigate. Someone hired a lame programmer and they made a basic app which doesn't work properly

I don't think this is an official app for Chicken Express. It's just a way for them to get your information. Don't use it. Can't order anything. Location settings are on. It will not find my location. I put in my address and it will not find the local restaurant. I even put in the address of the Chicken Express that I'm going to and it still could not find the location. I drove to the restaurant parked in the parking lot answers for my location and it would not find it. This app does not work.

Login experience is pretty terrible. No single sign on option and no indicators of what's required when creating a profile. Also, guest ordering didn't recognize my 5 digit zip code. Installed and uninstalled within 10 minutes. Who requires your physical address to set up an account?

This App sucks and is useless. It won't find locations even when specifically given locations permission, to even begin a order. Upon realizing the app was so poorly maintained, I decided to eat elsewhere because what else are they slacking with? Handwriting and sanitation? Highly displeased.

This app does not work. I was not able to sign up, it couldn't find the store in my city., even the guest ordering does not work. I can see why others gave this app a low rating. KFC here I come. It's obvious the company is not reviewing all the complaints and has no desire to correct the problems. The worst app I've seen.

This is worthless. Can't find a location, even based on my address. I literally live less than 1 mile and still couldn't find a location to place an order online. Needs serious work. It needs to allow us to pull up locations based on zip code. I uninstalled it.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Only shows 2 locations over 100 miles away, and even they don't take mobile orders! There is no options to delete account either! I'm glad I haven't entered a credit card! 😒

This app never works. It doesn't show my local store as existing, and every time I try to find it, I get Google authentication errors. I'd love the chance to use the app to order, but until it's fixed, I'm uninstalling.

This app is horrible. I used both city and zip code, it kept saying no stores found. The app doesn't show you the menu or where to find locations. It sucks!

I should've read the reviews before I downloaded. It wouldn't recognize my address. I even put in the store's address and it didn't get it. The restaurant itself is amazing. They just need a new app dev. 🤷‍♀️

This app, and the Golden Chick app seems unable to understand that they have stores within 5 miles of my house. Chicken Express seems to think the closest store is 144 miles away? That's with location services available as well as typing in my address. Useless!

App is useless. Does not include ANY of the Chicken Express locations in North East Texas. There is one in town not 2 minutes from my house, and the app shows the closest one as dallas.

Don't Bother. App does not work. Will not pull up restaurant location even when sitting in it's parking lot. App just spins and does nothing. Gave it 2 chances then deleted it

Useless App it won't find a location near me and I drive right by it every day. I know its there. There's no option to choose a location. Ugh

I tried to install this app but it didn't like the password I wanted to use and didn't indicate what characters it considered valid. Also. why is it asking for my home address? Shouldn't zip code be enough? I just used the drive-thru.

Tried to create a profile 3 or 4 times. No dice. The error message was the same each time. There was a problem contacting the Google servers. Really?

Absolutely useless. The only Chicken Express in Nacogdoches and the app says there is no Chicken Express near the address I used, which happens to be 1/10 mile away

Badly written ap. Just trying to create an account was crazy bad. Entering info is impossible. Then it tells me Google maps can't locate my address. Actually taking time to review thIs before deleting the ap. What a POS.
