After a long pause I tried to start with this app again. I used the auto like feature and set it to 'very slow'. To my shock, the like amount jumped up within seconds, there were about 15-20 outgoing likes. To me, this does not seem like a safe and slow liking pace... Is it a bug? Please fix it! --After this it got stuck on the cooldown reset loop, not possible to get it to function--

This used to be the best Instagram tool by far and was worth every penny and more! However, it no longer works at all. I have just tried to reinstall the app after a 3 week break and subscribed to the auto like feature. Sadly it went straight into a 7 hour cool off before even liking a single post. Also the mass unfollow feature won't work for me either. I will have to find an alternative... Please let me know when these issues are fixed and the app is back to how it used to be.

I've paid $6 so far, and that's all they're going to get from me. The service works briefly, and then it has a "cool down timer" that stops automation. This would be fine if it didn't reset immediately after it was over. I've got my settings on "Very Slow". I don't use mass unfollow. Your product is shotty and relies on people who forget to unsubscribe. I've been a loyal user for years, and your service has only gotten worse. I'd gladly change my review if your service worked like it used to. TY

It is an okay app. Slightly temperamental. It asks not to have on all the time so I scheduled it to be off and when in turns back on sometimes it does what it's supposed to sometimes not. Although 3 stars is not particularly fair at this point I have paid for an extra month with 4 switches turned on so I will see how it goes and update in a months time.

A very useless application now. It doesn't function at all. The "cooling off" is a tool to rip off customers of their payments. The Customer Service is also poor, with a default reply to every complaint. Kindly fix this application which worked different versions ago. The current versions have been a waste to storage and data especially with cash paid for automations. Highly non-recommendable application.

It looks like most of the high reviews on this are fake. Here is a real review: I've used this application for a very long time. At first it worked very efficiently; unfortunately, over time, it's gone downhill. There isn't a feature on this application that seems to work consistently. The support team blames Instagram updates when there are other applications such as Jarvee that don't have these issues. I really hope it turns back into what it once used to be.

The app works good at first. I pay for the like and comment feature. Then about after 1 month. Nothing! I contacted support (as they are still collecting money despite it not working). The app does have potential but they have a lot of kinks that they need to work out. I don't think it should allow any automation speeds that will stop automations completely. Keep in mind...I'm doing the suggested speed the app recommends.

Fix the cooldown. It's a great app and it was working just fine up until a few days ago. Then it said the app was on cool down and that It would work again in 8 hours. So then I waited... and then it said I had to wait another 8 hours. I tried to press the reset button but then it immediately reverted back to the cooldown phase. Now it's on permanent cooldown and it's really frustrating because I payed extra for some of the features. Please fix it!

The story viewer works but nothing else. It liked 60 posts but then paused itself for 4 days and wouldn't let me restart it. If they update it so it likes more sporadically rather than liking a lot at once and then nothing for days on end then i may try it again. But until then its pointless. I can easily like 60 pics in one go myself then have a 4 day break. The story viewer works though. Not sure how much affect it will have for my page but ill see how it goes.

The original app worked great. This one however, has been riddled with issues from day one. The feature to see followers/unfollowers, etc barely works or refreshes. And the action functions such as auto like and auto comment don't even work. I turn it on and it immediately tells me it's cooling down. The last time it remotely even worked was the 11th. After I realized that today, I was just sick of it and cancelled the subscriptions

This app doesn't work! It was perfect before they updated, now I can't get the app to function at all! I wait the 8-hour "cool down" period but it never seems to get out of that mode (it just resets ever 8 hrs.). This app has not worked once since the update and no one from the company had contacted me back.

This app is awesome. It keeps track all of you're data and info and it doesn't have any ads. If you need something to keep track all of you're data and who unadds you on Instagram this is the app. It rarely sends you notifications also. The only down side is is that you can't set it for it to only send you notifications for one specific thing. I think this app is very helpful.

I've been using this app for over 2 months after the last update. Not much has changed in my opinion. The app got pricier but results are way worse than 2 years ago. The app is often "cooling off" for a day or two, even though the speed is normal. After last Instagram update this app has become ineffective. I really hope the developers of this app will be able to fix the issue.

I used this app for about a year for just the free service of tracking unfollows. Recently upgraded to a single monthly service of automated likes. I followed the directions and set the schedule as suggested. I even marked the frequency as slow. But the app keeps telling me it's "cooling off this action" it'll cool off for 3-4 days, then works for a few hours, then doesn't function for days again. Pretty disappointed in this as a paid service. Wish there was a customer service to contact.

Why make new app, if this does not work exactly like the old app? It works for like 2 seconds and then goes to reset. And then it goes to reset all the time. Sorry but You did not fix anything.. will this ever work? There is no point of writing you an email. I wrote you many emails, and got answers only on 1 or 2 of them, where you promise since september/oktober to fix this issue and since then nothing has changed. Instagram is blocking this app and it is not working.

This app is a scam. As soon as you create the free account, it puts you in a cool off mode. And it'll keep you there for days, even though it says only a few hours. I thought if I pay for it would be better and it was not. They never even refunded my money after emailing them 8 times. HORRIBLE FRADULENT APP. This app should be removed from the Play Store...its garbage.

I was expecting a wave of 1 star reviews due to the issues this app faced over last few months and having moved apps recently tje reviews would be reset so the 5 star ones seem suspect. Unfortunately they are failing to acknowledge or fix the issue regarding the cool down option on their auto like feature. It does not work, it is always on cool down and renders the feature useless. Until fixed, 1 star remains.

This app does not operate how it is supposed to. It still collects money just fine though. It will constantly go into cooldown mode for 8 hours. Then once it resets it usually goes right back into cooldown. The only way to make it work is to relogin to Instagram then reset the cooldown yourself. Good luck with that!!! This used to be a good app. Not anymore.

I have installed the new app as instructed to although I really did not want to but seeing as though my subscriptions were no longer working on the original app (for a week! Despite my subscriptions being active and paid for!!!) I had no choice but to migrate to the new app. Now I have the new app, I am being asked to pay again?!!! My subscriptions on the previous app are not due for renewal until January 8th! The free 7day trial is useless as I have more than one account with automations

Looks like it could be a great app but it just doesn't work it's always on cooldown mode and won't let me turn it off. So I have to wait 8 hours to use the unfollow option and when the 8 hours is up if I try it it will still say it's in cool down mode doesn't work don't waste ur time. I also paid extra for more features and they don't work either don't bother with this app it will waste ur time.

It. Doesn't. Work. Despite months' worth of assurances that a fix was about to be implemented, nothing has been done to address the automation issues since Instagram's July update. They still do not work, at any speed. Do not pay a penny for any of the functionality.

Great when it works, which is almost never. Keeps the "Cool Down" function on always, cannot turn it off even after hitting "reset." Seems that this bug has been going on a while, seems silly to charge for something that is not performing as functioned.

This app is a shadow of its former self. Nothing continuosly works. Biggest problem is story view it views way to many way to quick. Gets the account banned Not even close to the old app, only does cooling off then when it does work works for a sec than does cooling off again. I also agree with other reviewers why did i have to pay agian. Which would have not mattered had this new app worked at all. Especially the story does Way to much way to quickly and doesnt stop when you turn it off.

It use to work really well with helping you gain likes and followers...now it seems like it spends more time cooling off for hours on end even at the slowest setting. Makes me wonder if its a scam because im paying money for an app that spends most of its time in a "cool off" setting.

EDIT: Giving 3/5. Free features seem to work now which is nice. The automation was the best part of the app, but after the subtle price increase and the fact that it pauses all the time, it's not worth paying into. Free features are great though.

Ok this app has just become a waste of time and money, it used to be great and all it was working fine but now for some reason it is constantly on this "action cooling" thing that it does. At first that was fine too coz it only happened once in a while for an hour or two but now it's just always on cooling. For me right now it's been on this cooling thing for 2 whole days, idk what's going on. Idk if developer have noticed this bug and r going to try n fix it.

Having real issues with this again I am starting to lose count how many times this is happening now. Thier has been no actions taken thro this app since the 22nd of January yet they are still collecting my money every month. This is something that really needs sorting out asap as I really need to use this and it works great when running. Unfortunately that's not the case ATM. So sort this as it's having a negative impact on my Instagram account. I have emailed yous multiple times and get ignored

This app is not working. I paid for the subscription and got a notification in a few days that the page has moved. Then my Instagram account got blocked for using this app. Mass unfollow never worked. People I didn't want to follow where followed back all the time. I went into settings to do slow follow back, and it was booming 200 people per 24 hours. $1.99 is not much but moving page in a few days after subscription is redicilous!

It used to be amazing. Sad it doesn't work anymore 😔 Likes, even when in slow mode, sends out what seems like hundreds of likes per minute. That has resulted in several bans. I did email about it and got a response but nothing fixed it. Would love it to work again as it was the best app I'd found for this.

I've been subscribed for some time (great app) but I'm having trouble over the last couple months with auto like. It stopped working when the new version came out in Dec. I've tried to start a case online without success. Can you get hold of me to start a case and see if we can resolve it?
