This app is due for an update. It takes you in and out of the app just to login. Times your purchases and gives you no indication of where things are. Confused it's not you it's the app good luck.

I love it except the fact that it cuts out and then I end up missing a whole quarter tryna watch my game

A surprisingly worthless app. I'd give it a ZERO or a negative rating if I could. I downloaded this application to retrieve tickets but I never could get the tickets through the app and within a few minutes it had corrupted other applications on my phone. I ended up having to call in and have the tickets emailed to me so that we could attend the game. I uninstalled the app but still have not been able to repair everything that it damaged on my phone.

The interview videos start out glitchy, then the interviewees repeat themselves, before the video ultimately freezes. This is every.single.video... App seems great and, not living in KC and getting to see all things Chiefs via local news, I depend on this app, and those like it, to keep me informed, but this falls short.. Hopefully there's a fix very soon.. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, btw.

Need to do more bug fixing! Anytime I want to see a video, it crashes the app instantly. Oh but thank goodness nothing happens with advertising videos! Those play all the time. Smh.... 9/30/19- I still see no improvements! Still can't see any videos. Keeps crashing!

I have never given a rating and hate to give my first bad rating to my Chiefs but the app glitches more than any app I have ever used. The login between ticketmaster and this app constantly gets of sinc. I changed my password last time I used it. When you exit to check the text or email then come back the app goes back a screen and puts you on a loop. Tonight I tried to transfer a ticket and the zoom icon showed up over the transfer button and there was no way to push the transfer button.

Crashes all the time. Won't let me sell one of my tickets as it freezes while trying to do so. Not consistent at all. Works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. Will gladly update my rating if you fix all this horrible bug issues.

This app used to be good. For the 2021 season, it has turned to total trash. Cannot access my Kingdoms Rewards in order to recieve my season ticket member discounts on food and merchandise. As well, the buying and selling portion of the app for ticketing has become a complete mess. Totally fed up with this app that used to be top notch and now I have a hard time giving it even 1 star. Total trash!

Great app. But the videos ALWAYS have trouble playing, no problem with the GD ads before the video. Not live videos either, not on mobile data but on home wifi. Why are the ads perfect and the video I want to see terrible quality and constantly buffering or flat out freezing up?

App is garbage. It makes me not want to be a season ticket member. Crashing all the time, functions not working right (selling or transferring tickets) and some issue with Google where when I try to save tickets to GooglePay, it does nothing. I have all the updates and my STM rep told me they were not aware of any issues.

Unreliable coverage of the games. Sometimes the game coverage doesnt start until the 2nd quarter and even then it will be spotty on the quality and if you have sound. The steelers preseason game lost sound for majority of the game, just subtitltes. Very disappointed.

NOT WORKING, many of the functions don't work. We have sent the feedback, but we haven't gotten an email, improvement etc. Uninstalling. Improve it, & I'd love to reinstall it.

Gameday Challenge is for Missouri residents only! The reason I downloaded was to keep up on news and other info. The app is good for that but don't fall into the Gameday challenge. It's a fun game I will admit, until I actually got 3rd place one week and was told I couldn't claim the prize because I wasn't a resident of Missouri. Just a heads up to any out of state folk who play it weekly.

I would love you use this app to watch coach/player press conferences but the app keeps crashing. Please resolve.

This thing is horrible. I haven't opened it since the Sunday night game against the colts and it constantly crashes and brings up a notification across my screen. Literally every 10 to 15 minutes. Uninstalled.

Videos no longer work since the new update. All I get is a black screen that says tap to cast. But the ads on the video work fine.

Love this app! I have zero issues streaming games live. Assuming most have issues due to their cell service or wifi as my stream has been perfect. Even streamed a game driving down the interstate on a road trip. Go Chiefs!

I have never before seen an app in the store that just spins and never installs. Sooo frustrating! I wish they would just email us the tickets rather than asking us to download this glitchy app

Alerts pop up all of the time saying the app isn't working, even when I don't have it open. The videos never play, the app shuts down every time I try to play one.

I signed up 2 weeks ago and was required to reset my password. I had to do this on my pc. Tgen you required my cell phone #. I had to do this on my pc, too. When I open the app, it requires the cell phone # again. You send a text, when I go to my messages it closes that part of the app. It's a terrible circle. I don't like this app & YOU DON'T NEED MY PHONE #.

Cant watch any of the videos. It freezes up my phone to where I have to take the battery out just to be able to restart it. Wont be using until the app is fixed.

Great way to keep up with all the news of our Team!

Up until this season I had good results every time I opened the app.. this year however the app will open but now I am having trouble accessing my tickets... I have deleted and reinstalled the app no luck.. restarted my phone still no luck. If this happens on game day and the tickets are not accessible I will be extremely not happy and someone will not like my attitude at all.

Kinda hard to use an app when it keeps crashing. Maybe give the developer some of the money you charge for parking to help expedite an update.
