THE PROHIBITION OF CHILD MARRIAGE ACT, 2006 ACT NO. 6 OF 2007 [10th January, 2007.] An Act to provide for the prohibition of solemnization of child marriages and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India.
