Update to original one-star review: Chili's fixed the problem described below and now the app works great! Five stars!! Can't get past Update message. Opened app on phone. Got an "Update Available" message which directed me to the Play Store. I hit the Update button and when it finished I hit Open. It took me back to the app with the "Update Available" box. Went round and round several times between these two things, couldn't proceed in app. I am extremely annoyed. Now what???

The app doesn't usually give me problems, but an issue I thought would have been addressed by now is the massive box at the top of the screen telling me where I'm ordering from. It ALWAYS covers the photo of the food I'm trying to view at the top of the screen. Just make it smaller with a drop down arrow so you can expand the info if necessary.

great food, good rewards....EDIT: they've given up. They can't cook, fill an order correctly, provide service or even do the minimum. Too bad...I loved chilis. Even my friends call me and tell me their bad experiences. I know this rating is for an app, but they're so bad lately I can't give them more than one star in anything. And the app isn't that great.

Very user friendly and easy to use. The drop down menu for the sides/extras/drinks are very straight forward and simple. It is designed beautifully and anyone can navigate it easily. NICE!

This has been my family's favorite app for delivery the only thing is on doordash when you look through their menu they do not offer any cheeseburgers on the menu at all if you go to the Chili's website in order off of there they have the full menu for you to choose from including cheeseburgers I don't know why doordash doesn't include cheeseburgers it doesn't make much sense but everything has usually arrived very very good sometimes fries are a little soft but it's delivery

Easy as pie. Love the app it's straightforward and easy to navigate unlike other food apps I be struggling to navigate or they redirect me to their website out of the app. Anywho Chili's app is amazing compared to others. Just got to work on the chicken being cooked another minute or two

The app is actually great but it has one big issue. There is no where to add a note for an order. And trying to call the restaurant instead to order or update the order with your note is at least a 10 minute wait if you can get through.

The Chili's app remains in my top 5 restaurant apps. The interface is user friendly. The rewards are easy to earn and find. I like being able to "get in line" while driving to the restaurant.

Dinner delivered to wrong address. Ive texted ,but there is no way to contact the driver. Instead of remembering my address, the app makes me input it every time and fills in what they think the address should be. I live on 16th Ave, but the app fills in Street. I caught it last time, but missed it tonight. I'm hungry and I'm out the cost of dinner.

This app is absolutely useless. I've had 3 occurrences where I've used it only to have the company not deliver my food and blame it on DoorDash. There was no update from the company regarding my order, they said they can't see who's ordered the food so they can't contact me if anything is wrong so I see no value in using this app if the order goes into the ether. You would think that after food they "prepared" was sitting for 30 minutes they might contact someone but that is not the case.

The app keeps changing my order to a city that I haven't lived in for 5 years, way across the entire country, even if everything looks okay when I'm checking out. Super frustrating and expensive and takes lots of time to fix. It would be so easy to put in a system to check if you are within say, 100 miles even, of the restaurant you're ordering from.

Easy to navigate but one major complaint. You can click a box to have toppings removed but if you want to tell them anything about avoiding allergies, you have to call the restaurant. This completely defeats the purpose of using an app. Tell the designer to look at Longhorn's app, which is completely customized.

Ads in my notifications is not okay. It's even worse if they're interspersed with useful notifications. The only toggle is for all notifications, so they're now completely disabled.

I don't want to be ripped off with ICE!!! You fill up the cup with ice, then put 3 tablespoons of beverage!! There's no way to say "NO ICE" or any other customization in this app! Sauce on the side, no pickles, nothing!! You need to figure out how to put customization in your application!

I can't order from the app. The app wants me to verify the store I'm going to but, the app won't let me. Also, I can't pull up the menu. All I can bring up is my rewards. I have to ask Google for Chili's to place a order to go.

Great. Good dinner. We were here yesterday but the wait was 20 minutes. Not enough help. Plenty of open tables and booths. Left frustrated but came back today for a salad. Liked our server tonight. Very efficient.

For the most part the app works well; I stopped using the shortcut buttons because they don't work properly so I just go in thru the menu and it works. I love to be able to check my rewards and use them without hassle and have my order brought to the car, its been great during this pandemic!

Rewards do not work on this app. When you try to place the order it wants to charge you full price. I ended up not ordering from here. Problems like this have consequences, for Chili's sake it's lost revenue.

App crashes each time I try to check in that Ive arrived. I wasnt texted so I couldn't do that method. I called and was told to walk inside. With baby asleep, and specifically ordering curbside, that was not an option.

Easy to use, glitches a little with "unknown error" but doesn't mess up what you are doing. But what I wish is they would let you use gift cards besides eGift cards. There is an option "to pay in store or use gift card" but you can't click on the option. Kind of frustrating. Guess I'll pick another restaurant. 🤷

Ridiculous app. Won't let me look up password. Won't take my new phone number either because email is recognized and email address isn't an option to recall password. Smh Brinker.

Always a problem. App has an issue every time I try to use it. I didn't think I've ever used it to order anything. Useless. Chilis online website isn't any better.

Last update broke the app. It's stuck in an update loop, keeps saying it needs an update just to take you to the play store say it's already updated. Fix iiiiitttt

I love that I can modify my food, but please put the comments section back as to who gets what and special instructions. We order for 2 households and its easier when you bag it separately for us.

Still learning the app, but really like it so far. The app does not have the ability to order a side of something like a side of ranch your French fries
