I installed your app. I try to choose TPE as the airport, not always able to do so. Then go to booking, pick JFK try to pick a date for leaving and return and the app closes immediately.
App works again after another update. Overall it is an easy App to navigate. The area to choose seats for the economy Deluxe class could not populate properly. Still able to do what needs to be done but don't try to read the text portion which is the first part you see when navigate into that section
The app ALWAYS stop and give an error msg (eg. Your connection has stopped)when do flight search the first try. Only works after the 2nd try. Too much design and tacky colors on screen make it annoying to use and look at. Overall, bad user experience. Try simpler and cleaner look and a better booking design similar to many other airlines, eg Singapore Airlines.
After the update the app is working again. Very convenient. Maybe it's an idea to add the zone on the boarding pass. Only people with a printed boarding pass know their zone now, which you need when you board the plane. But next to this, good app!
After the recent updates: 1. Can't show my bookings, found by manual search but could not pin to dashboard 2. Can't show my boarding pass because it can't see my bookings 3. Attempt link to Sky Boutique actually logs me out. Re-login and it says error. Had to kill the app and launch again The exoerience is worse than before, even though you may have solved a few technical bugs.
* When you add a US permanent resident card to the list of travel documents, it shows up in the app as a Canadian permanent resident card. This is scary given the potential effects of wrongfully claiming residency. * Entering the street address for additional traveling documents does not allow you to add spaces. * pretty much zero offline capabilities. it would be really helpful if i could see my information while I'm disconnected instead of as requiring a permanent internet connection.
Never found my booking information even though it was easy found on web site. Random Chinese characters in messages. Just not a good app. I couldn't find the flight as the only destination airport I could select was Taiwan. App is hot garbage. Don't bother with the install.
The recent update has rendered the App useless. Will not even open without crashing. Hope the aircraft maintenance quality control is better than the App as I fly back home from OZ in the next week. Please issue an update to resolve....
Stable App overing all relevant function and easy to use. Excellent customer service by Email (especially team in Germany). Request for WiFi code could be simpler - why need to enter to booking codes - and Anti-Spam security checks in the App should not be needed.
Infinite loop, Security Policy, read checked, confirmed clicked, back to read the security policy again, again, again. Can't see the rest of App at all: Waste time and battery power. Don't run the app.
The captcha step is messing up the use of the app because it doesn't shrink to where you can see it. Please remove this or come up with a better mobile implementation. Also you can't change your special meal in the app or website.
I understand that you need to put agreements before using app. But can you check the function again? The confirm button not working at all and I am stuck in the agreement page
Tried to register for more than an hour but the system keeps denying it even though I filled out all the information they asked me. You should fix this app because it's only waste of time and effort
Was a very good airline for years ago. Now can not even book a ticket for some days ahead. Consider to walk away even I have been local for 24 years, had emerald card before. CHINA AIRLINES IS KNOWN, NEVER, EVER IN TIME, NEVER
Really frustrating trying to check in for a flight . Keeps coming up with cryptic error messages.
App works great so far. It has everything I need to manage my flights. My only complaint is the name of the App on my home screen is in Taiwanese.
I tried to reserve a seat on my flight and a pop up "warning" message in Chinese prevented me from continuing. Please use English too. You're an airline!
Hey... Due covid19....international travel maybe open with price tickets and airport extra charge will cost one way... 900.....or they are found new stamp of covid19..and it will be lock down again.. It mean most air agency.. Company move to buncrupt.... It was nice then I spend 3months on my holiday ..it was lovely time... Now time is gone and never back as was before even travel.... No social life.. All world go to zero point...snd what point to make clean empty planes..
Totally useless. Can only select a few cities in China and elsewhere to book, even to check timetables. What's the use to make an app like this? Uninstalled
Apps badly need improvement.... Despite filling up all fields, the apps keep warning " Please fill in all required field". whenever I tapped to sign up.
After the last update, app won't open anymore. I have a CI flight tomorrow and I can't view my boarding pass. Talk about good timing.
app is unusable. popup to prove i am not a robot has slider off screen and this stage cannot be passed. Please consider asking professional coders to develop this app rather than trying to do it yourselves.
Scary would not work unless i gave them access to all of contacts.
Asking me to upgrade before I can use it while there is nothing to upgrade... Now i am locked out because of this looping issue.

Does not work under Android 4.4.2 on a Galaxy T525. Starts, but after confirming all fine print read it shuts down
