China Banking Corporation (Philippines), more popularly known as China Bank, initially catered to the needs of the Filipino-Chinese community. The Bank has more than 500 branches nationwide, including more than 150 from its thrift banking subsidiary, China Bank Savings.
China Bank is also one of the first banks to distribute EMV-ready ATM cards in compliance with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, and has also recently upgraded its online personal banking portal to better serve its ever-evolving set of clientele.

Your app is so broken. I just signed up for an account, then finished all fields needed to fill. After that, when the app took me to login screen, it says "wrong username and or password." I wrote all my login information on piece of paper to not forget it, but still, the app said wrong info provided. What is this? App literally broken. Please fix. Thanks.
This app is very inconvenient. It crashes and keeps on saying "your session is expired, please go back to log in again". I can't even make a single transaction on it. So ridiculous! Please CBC do something about it! this is the worst mobile banking app I have experienced by far!
App is always lagging. Can't click on buttons. I always have to exit and log in again everytime the app freezes! Hassle, waste of time. Can't complete a single transaction in one sitting. Other banking apps work better than chinabank.
Very hassle. To create an online acct you still have to go to your branch and wait for days so they can send you an OTP. In other banks, as long as you have an acct, you can register your online acct hassle free. Also, "Accept" button in Terms and Conditions doesn't work. Been reinstalling a few times and even tried using different phones. I would have stopped using cb if I wasn't required to have an acct here
I would love if chinabank app could integrate credit card features more prominently for easier registration, linking process and other cc transactions details, hence I'm for a credit card friendly app. Fingerprint login option would be a plus.
The app is a trash. Cant use it because it doesn't send the email otp. Already went to the bank. Even the staff of the bank cant fix it. Useless. On the web portal there is no fund transfer to other bank. So im dependent on this garbage app that doesn't log in. Only choice is to go to the bank.
It is not working. I just registered my account and when I try to log in it says I entered an invalid user name/ID and/or password. I already received an email that I can log in but tried multiple times but not working.
After signing up and giving all of my information needed, I wasn't able to log in back after. Worse is my account was blocked and can't do money transactions or even withdraw my cash! Now this is a long way process for me to do again 💔
It says session expired multiple times. The app is not working properly and can't even use it for transactions. I would rate this zero if I can, this app getting one star is not even worth it.
I will rate this ZERO... 1 star so I can post it here and warn other users. Keeps on uninstalling and installing every time it crashes just to access my account. But tonight is the worst, I was not able to open my account, there is a pop up msge saying that my device is not listed as my registered device...,,, etc... The best part, I have been trying to reach your customer service, but there is no response. Your auto reply on this review., pls email blah blah..., I have done it already...👎👎👎
not good, please update your apps fix any errors/glitch in the program my experience is terrible,can't sign even if I already successfully registered I've sign up 3 times but none of the 3 user id can sign in and so many negative comments. I don't know why my company choose you.
can you fix the birthdate input option because it takes forever just to reach your birthdate and when you finally reach it, the session expired. and so you cant create your account. its very dissappointing.
FIX YOUR APP! still wont let me log in on one try. and when i finally log in, it logs me out and says session has timed out!!!!! takes a million tries before gettinf a transaction done. worst mobile banking experience.
Everytime I open to transtract I can't go through.!I already uninstall and installed again and it still the same.. Fix it please it's happen many times already.. It such a hassle log in many times.
I cannot suddenly Sign in. Nothing is happening even when I clicked the Sign In botton. Tried to uninstall/install, Clear cache/data and force stop but still not working!
I cant log in again ! I know my password and username cause i saved it on my phone and even if i request for reset password request it can't recognize my username and email. Already tried reinstalling the app but still the same. 😑

Can't even log in, then session expires always appear. It only works at your website but not in this app. Pls go find a good app developer who can make this app accessible and user friendly. I rate this app as 0 star.
It's not working although you fill out the forms correctly it suddenly says invalid user id either password when I'm signing up... Hoping for a better service.
It keeps on saying your session has expired. Been trying to open my account for almost 3 hrs. Totally useless.
I cant log in, it says my phone is not a registered device but i have been using my phone since i opened my account. I cant do online transactions because of this, sobrang hassle.
I can't transfer, my phone sim card used here is expired.. this app doesn't have options that changes the phone numbers used in account

Why does this app bugs down. I can't even access my payroll account. Delayed temporary password upon request and when you type it in it won't workas well.
I can access then I can't... What is wrong? It says invalid username/password and no notification thru text or email.
Until now I can't use my chinabank online banking for almost 3months. It say's that my phone is not registered. I reported it many times until now there is no solution.
I cannot even login! I can use the web version fine. I wish your app is as good as with PSBank.

The app servers are always down. You can't know when it'll be open again. It is very unreliable in terms of online transactions because again THE SERVERS ARE ALWAYS DOWN for some reason. The app will sometimes not let you login even non peak hours, so you got to guess everytime you try to login. Inefficient, unreliable, and very lag. Please update your servers or repair it.
