Can't register. Filling in personal info then click into a page which asks" please fill in the 8 bit pure digital password" offers numerical only input. I have no idea what this is or supposed to be.
Worst App / Booking ever! can't create account and can't login with WeChat. Server Error all day long. just annoying. Even the website doesn't work for me. The airline needs to reinvent their IT services...
The most garbage app ever. Everything you try to do gives you some random network error code. Is it even connected to a server on the backend?
Complete garbage app, don't even waste your time downloading it, horrible layout, you can't log in, and nothing works, the person that design this app should be fired!

The system is not stable. Whenever I try to check in online, it shows the system error. Very disappointed

NEVER choose this airline! Flight is cancelled by the airline, they still charged processing fee for cancellation.
awful app. Check-in doesnt work. keeps saying I have no booking even though it works through browser.
they lost my checked luggage during my flight from paris to manila. when i reported it they said i didn't check in any luggage. they denied any reimbursement or compensation and now here i am without 22kgs of my stuff. worst airlines ever.

Google translated interface results in ridiculous English - some options still in Chinese. Impossible to register trip /check in. I did manage to reserve seats somehow but the process was tedious and difficult.
