great app, good customer support. Wanted to book a train that was already sold out, they booked an alternative one. However I'd rather have another so they switched it. No extra costs.
This app is garbage that should not be in the Google Play store. Installed in the United States, it cannot connect. It says you have no network. Except somehow I have a network to be writing this review flaming this piece of trash right now. This is most likely just a fishing Expedition so that the CCP can steal your information.
no more credit card payment? how do tourist pay now. before, it was pleasant to use this app. now its useless. you cant expect tourist to have wechat or alipay
Can never connect. Doesn't matter if I use Wifi, 4G, or 5G. VPN is off, or on. Doesn't work.
everything has to be done multiple times, even then the app does not record purchases

No option to pick up tickets in stations and can't paid with intl credit card
No option to pick up tickets at the station, and does not accept credit card. What's the point of the app?

Worked OK except for travel date selection. Had to enter Jan 15 for Jan 16 travel date.
A useful app to find out information about Chinese train timetables, prices, availability etc.. - probably the easiest English app to use for this. HOWEVER a recent update has made it 10x less convenient to check train availability. Instead of viewing all the days train availability at once on the search results, you now have to click each train individually. A right pain in the arse. Please change it back.
So easy and intuitive. So much in China can be confusing. This is not.

Couldn't even select a journey to search for, really disappointing as there isn't much else in the market that can help as an alternative. Such a shame.
Looks nice, but the service fee is very high. I use the official 12306 app of China Railway, and there I don't need to pay any service fee for train tickets. But it's only available in Chinese...
I have used this app for years, proved very useful. However, like some reviewers had said, it no longer works, constant message saying it cannot connect to network. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing helped, including trying on another phone. Seems this app is no longer supported but the developer had not bothered to remove it from the Google app store.
