Booked hotel in Shanghai with my card guarantee, was told to pay cash on check in...and was charged from card anyway. Submitted complaint about it and had no reply since.

It's a scam! I got a round trip ticket from Beijing to Casablanca but since the health situation I can't go back, this app isn't allowing me to reschedule or to cancel knowing that I contacted the airlines and they said I can reschedule for free! Please do not make the same mistake as myself. Cheers.
