Way to completely fail at basic interface design, guys... The Date of Birth field, which you have to fill twice, does not allow text entry; only calendar-style date choosing. The problem is the first time defaults to 1990, which for me meant 120-odd taps, with carpal tunnel, to get to mine. When it came time to do closer to 500 for the second time, which defaulted to *today*, I closed the app and had to register on my computer, which it didn't like much because it isn't the device I'll use.

No instructions given that adblocking and basically any security measures on the device would need to be completely disabled or this will not function. Caused technical issues that led to a late appointment and frustration. Also causes a huge drain on the phone battery and made it overheat to a point it would not charge before cooling down quite a bit. This doesn't happen with other video call apps or similar services. Definitely needs work.

👍 Easy to download, input info. Asks for Credit Card info for co-pay, if it applies. Log out of app fully. Log into app, no sooner than 15 min before apt. and follow prompts. Good picture quality, hard to hear. Try using headphones for better sound quality! (If it was better sound, definitely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ app)

I love the ability to do this from my home. Usually it would take an hour or more in office time to take care of my appointment . Pluse driving time . The convinance and quickness is amazing . The ability to schedule my appointments and see past appointments is so convenient. I love this app.

I like thr layout of the app itself, but sometimes it takes forever to load me into the actual appointmdnt itself. It has also jist randomly booted me out of the Chiron Health app, where I have to go back to the beginning and start over. That is stressful but other than that its a pretty solid app.

I was apprehensive because of multiple negative reviews. However, the download of the app was easy. You then have to register your account, along with payment information ahead of time. Once you are signed up, you have to log in at your appointment time. The doctor joins within minutes. I was surprised at the thoroughness, yet efficiency of taking my medical history. The entire session lasted about 10 minutes, which was plenty of time for questions from both sides.

This is a poorly run organization. They offer no help in getting you up and running but are very attentive when it comes to taking your money. There are several other options that are MUCH cheaper that will be glad to give you support and help you be productive and actually care about your practice. If you call, they actually have a message saying that they simply can't support their paying clients. DO NOT USE CHIRON/MEDICI! This had been a horrible experience.

Now that I have had my very first video call, I no longer have a fear about it. I thought for sure that I would mess it up and not be able to have my visit with my doctor. No worries, it's so easy and simple 😀😎. Reading some of the reviews, it appeared that it was very had to do. Not able to sign on, they had problems with hearing the other person, calls where dropped in the middle of their visit. For someone who is not very tech savvy, it was GREAT 😊😊👍.

Terrible, could not hear Doctor, breaking up audio. Dont recommend to other physicians using this app. Plenty good ones out there. This was for me helping my friend, but my own telemedicine/telehealth visits were on par with my own needs.

I have a new laptop which I just setup with all the latest software. The Chiron Health app requests installation of the default browser (Chrome on Windows 10 in my case) which I just downloaded and setup with all bookmarks. There are no installation manuals, no workarounds and no phone or chat tech support available - only email given the current coronavirus situation. The only solution is to use your smartphone or tablet. I work in SW development - the app should not be released for PC Win 10

Even with great connection there seems to be a slight lag, however this app is a tremendous help. We live 89 miles from our provider so every other month is a video visit for my wife and I and you can only imagine what this app means to us, thank you Chiron Health.

I don't like this app. As much as they charge they should have a more user friendly app. I have the best ins. in AZ & they don't accept it. Cash only

This app is lousy when you go to log on to your doctor's appointment it doesn't show you any buttons where you can hear your self-talking and you can't hear the person on the other end

Unable to create account. I set up an appointment for my son with his pediatrician. And when I try to create an account it says unable to find account. Of course I'm unable to do so, because it keeps displaying same error message. Your app doesn't work.

Easy to use and straight forward. Navigation is easy. Wish there were more instructions on the appt. Page for first time users but other than this a great app.

Atrocious product from a healthcare provider point of view. Difficult to setup, difficult to use, many billing issues, horrendous support. Definitely not recommended.

Medicare people beware! They charge you for virtual appts that should be free!. App only good to make in-person appt. No clear way to contact customer suuport. If u find phone #, it's not answered, then no calback. Was charged $$ in error, took quite a while to get my $ refunded

Scheduling appointments through the app has been impossible for me so far... I have requested every day for multiple weeks and nothing. The app does not even tell you when your request is denied, you just have to wait and find out that you won't be helped...

Absolutely one of the best health apps out there ... picture is clear, no lagging, and no glitching ... Able to speak to my doctor with no problems ... Great job guys!! Keep up the good work!!!

Difficult to set up. Kept repeating itself, gets to a point then freezes. I missed my appointment.

Having a lot of trouble updating password and communicating with physical therapist. All I can do with this app is make an appointment.

Worst app ever. You literally have to scroll through every month and every year to enter your birthday. Then, forget about using the app unless you plug in a credit card.

App has no care about actually helping people. Then after the app is downloaded. U confirm a appointment with them. And then have u sign up to adobe for ur electric signature. And then asks for your credit card info and charge s u 150 dollars for a 7 day trail. Then they will get to your appointment. What do you do if u are not working because of the shutdown. This app is a joke. And so is the people who are not trying to make sure people get the proper help but to have you pay money

I receive an email to confirm my appointment. I log in with my email and it says I need an authentication code. I request the authentication code to be sent to my email and the email never comes. I tried calling the support line and received a voicemail telling me to email them. After a half hour I still don't have an authentication code. customer service is not very helpful in this emailing me my authentication code.

It sends a confirmation link but the link just takes you to Google to download the app even though you already have the app installed. Open the app and there is no way to confirm the appointment.

Easy to connect, wait for the doctor. You need another app to book, or call them. Which means you dunno if they use this app. Which is another app to throw on my memory on, which is kinda stinky.
