It has potential but there's lot of bugs, when I click a picture I can't swipe to see the rest of their photos I have to exit, then swipe up Wich sometimes it doesn't detect well and accidentally either you swipe left or right, I get recommended to people that are 100 plus miles away from me, and you can only look at 1 previous person you swipe left even though I'm paying a subscription

I have used the app for a while. I received a match and when I did there was no way to message them. Youu would have to pay to see who it was. I believe that the app is restricting the free experience to where you can't communicate with the other person. Improve the free experience for people to meet, so that I can be motivated to pay for the additional experiences. App can improve to make ways for people to interact within the app as well.

This app is overall a waste of time. There's a lot of potential to be good, but there are too many bugs. And when you experience a problem, the support team is non-responsive. I've emailed 4 times trying to get help, and I never received a response. Until the bugs are fixed and the company invests in real a real support team, I'd recommend using other dating apps.

Would be great but the distance filter is essentially useless. Most of the people will be over 60 miles away and sometimes 100+. What's the point if nearly all the people are so far away? Update your distance features

Fairly decent app, the biggest issue is with the location filter never performing correctly. I understand showing people a few miles further but when it's 90-250 miles out I'm not looking to match that far. Not sure if it's intended or not. Also won't allow the ability to crop pictures properly either.

Tried the app again and it crashed over 10 times in 20 minutes. Was completely unusable as I could not set preferences, upload pictures or even swipe without it crashing and forcing me to log back in. Don't bother

COMPLETE RIP OFF ! As a non paying customer you get 1 "super chispa/super like" every 24 hrs for free. But if you become and elite member and pay for a subscription you're supposed to get 5 every 24 hrs. I wasn't receiving the 5 per day as advertised. So I called their support line and emailed them and was told that as a paying member I only get 5 a month! Why on earth would I pay for 5 "super chispas" per month when as a non paying customer I can get 1 free every day? Want money back !

Unable to upload photos without it auto cropping you out of the picture and when you try to adjust it, it is always off. Once you finally (after several attempts later) get the photo just right, it will not save and delete it

Haven't had an experience to write about because the app won't let me in again.. I got in, put in my info and photos, got a notification that I got a match, but can't get back into the app.. it asks me to sign up again., but I don't get the text code and FB verification gives an error

Not working at the moment. Keeps logging me out every few minutes and I have to re-enter a code and all to get back in. Please fix, app ain't bad otherwise although the location thing is terrible. Always shows people hundred of miles away when you put closer distances

This app has some issues, in order to se who likes you, you have to pay off course, they don't have with the boosters but you have to pay too see who actually likes you, it is terrible, I understand that you need to make money, but that is why you have boosters, what is the point of replaying to some one you can't even see.In addition the range is kind of terrible how I'm supposed to date someone who's 300 miles away.It is a little difficult kind of I would say, you better fix your prices.

Honestly hardly rate anything ever. But look honestly I really like this app. But I just hate how glitchy it is. How you have to swipe up to see more pictures and accidently swipe left or right. Like so many little stupid things that need to be fixed but aside from that I like it more than tinder just those annoying bugs

App doesn't put people in the distance range you want. For example, I placed the preferred distance at a maximum of 30 miles, but Chispa keeps showing people literally 175 miles or more away.

App is super glitchy, honestly not worth it for me since every 5 minutes I get logged out and have to log back in with my phone number. Also I previously downloaded the app and deleted my old account, when I tried making a new account today, the information from my old account was still saved so I'm certain this app doesn't delete your account when you ask them to, I think their just trying to inflate their numbers. Only want help with deleting my account.

Overall difficult app to use. Match suggestions are further than the range you set and the app makes it incredibly hard to upload pictures. Everytime I try to upload a new picture, the crop feature does not allow me to adjust the image to fit correctly, resulting in a terribly cropped picture that is pointless to use. So I'm stuck with the 2.5 pictures that looks decent on my profile 🙃.

Fix it !! I can't believe it! Everytime click on picture or swipe it.. the app pull me out !! I have to login everytime, a lot of times that's really makes me mad ! How I will pay for subscription having this kind of service?

I'm a paying customer and what I don't like about this app is you have known issues and don't fix them and tell people you're going to fix them. You have known for a long time that the distance adjustment hadn't work for years. Also there is no way to find out if people are active on this site or they left months ago. There are no indications that someone has browse your file or even seen your profile. This app is just as bad as Match.

Keeps logging me out after 2 minutes of use. Tried deleting and redownloading many times and still doesn't work. Also loaded with fake profiles, I seem to match decently but rarely get a response, and if I do it's a sex worker.

It's a very good app not yet done the premium but so far is in my top 6 app meeting people it's very interesting app it very recommended wich I already did a few times, I have meet about 3 hands full of people in the past 3 months or so sadly Im starting to see fake profile left and right or a few Sex Profile but in the most part it's a very good appi have meet very interesting woman here Love to the hispanic lady's and the American lady's looking for a Hispanic men like me. Wink ☺️ 😉

Not great. I bought one month of their premium and all I get are matches from fake bot profiles. Setting search preferences is awful. After 30 minutes, you somehow already have seen everyone in your location, and then get sent profiles more than 400 miles away. I do like their interface which is the only thing that saves it from 1 star. Don't waste your money.

I get better results with the same pictures on facebook. Three years using this app. You are better off on facebook dating. Bottom line is the app gears you to pay but it should be more like facebook dating at least you match faster there and it's a real profile that won't tell you 2 follow them on Instagram. Just the show your face only half and get them interested with your style first in a pictures. Then get them to call you on facebook and soft talk them. Good luck fellas we got this.

I want to delete my account, and it won't allow me ! No getting matches, and don't care about still paying subscription just don't want the profile up until June 15! Other then that good app, should add more features to LIVE CHAT!

I usually don't write review but man this app is a waste of time and money. To see who likes you, a payment is required. When viewing who likes you, it becomes repetitive with the same people even if you swipe left. And even though you choose a certain distance, you get people more than 100 miles away. This app glitches a lot and it gets annoying to use it

The app keeps crashing and closing. Wont last morre than 5 mins and i have to log in again. Ive tried re-installing the app, going to my settings and trying to fix it but nothing works.

Solid UI, but loaded with fake profiles, bots, and sex workers. When I get a match, I get a notification, and when I tap on the notification the match disappears. This has happened about 10 times. The people running the app probably match you with a fake profile to keep you invested, and so that you open the app.

Terrible app. They make it seem like you're getting all these likes but once you pay and unlock that you see its a bunch of fake profiles! Plus the likes stop coming after you pay, and I hate that you can't just message someone unless you match. 0/10 do not recommend

I used this in 2020...back then it was ok. Just got on today and it's so annoying that it keeps signing me out every few minutes. So, no chance I'd use one of the paid services. I'd love the chance to give this 5 stars. This app needs work.

Says I have 6 matches, swiped right on 1000+ profiles and no matches found! Lots of profiles are old. Continuously shows you the same profiles you've already seen. Lots of bots. Waste of time. Wish I could get a refund.

For a out 3 months this app does ot open. It is stalled at the intro. I've tried unninstalling it and installing it like 100 times and nothing!!!

Paid the monthly fee. Thinking it would unlock the feature of being able to see the likes and it doesn't, they want more money.
