This app gives me more problems than any other app I have. Constantly pops up on the screen, interrupting what I'm doing, with notifications. But wait, there is nothing to notify me of?! I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.... Ugh! Please fix this problem....
The app literally won't let me close it. I'll close it, move to do stuff on my phone and then it will reopen itself over and over and over again. Its irritating that it won't stay closed or allow me to use my other apps. Everytime I want to do something I basically have to delete the app. If that would get fixed it would probably be a good app.
Love this app. Works very well with my accounts. Why not 5 stars? There is no way to verify/see your password before you submit-- not a huge problem for me, but my landlord has me put in his password just so he doesn't get 3 strikes-- and has to call Customer Service to reset it. Also, the money usually is available immediately when you transfer from Savings to Checking... Once I got stuck at Menard's with a huge order-- my card said finds were unavailable. Took 2 days to transfer.
After the update the issues that were previously there are gone. This app works for what is needed, it's too bad that they separated personal and business banking as now you have to go to a separate browser to check your business account which is counterintuitive.
So tired of this app crashing. I'd hoped when I moved I could stay with this bank by utilizing the app for mobile deposits, transfers, etc. But now I believe I'll need to switch banks because it's too unreliable.
ALWAYS asks for my Username and password even though I have 4 digit passcode set up. If I could, I would give negative stars. Also forces ridiculous sized password. Nice that they hire simpletons to create their apps.
App needs to be fixed. It continues to open up out of nowhere over any other app I'm using. Sometimes it's multiple times in a row. So incredibly frustrating. Would love to give this app more stars but I just can't with what it is doing.
The app opens randomly. I called the support team and they told me to undownload the app and reload it again. I have done that like every other week. I like to have easy access to my banking information, and this is just a pain to have. It makes me want to switch banks.
was a great app. I've now uninstalled 3 times because the app constantly opens on it's own. going back to chrome until you fix this . will fix rating when the app works
App seems to keep glitching every so often and the only solution is to uninstall the app and reinstall it. It's getting very old and should get fixed
The self opening aspect after you've closed out of it needs to be fixed and as if right now it keeps telling me that the mobile application isn't available.
the app continues to open itself over anything that i am doing. close the app and then it opens itself again. this was with one of the most recent updates pushed out for it.

The app continuously opens itself and it gets very annoying. Its a good app other than that. Hope you guys get this fixed soon.
App has never been good, constantly kicks me out making me recieve passcodes from different phone numbers and will only open or function half the time
I have the same issue as several others, the app opens on it's own and interrupts the app I'm currently using (happened 4x while writing this review)
Never works on weekends and won't even load the main screen. Seems to only work when I dont need it..
I have to reinstall every other time I am trying to access. It will not let me access and sits on a blank white screen.

The app has been down for 3 days and they just keep telling us it will be fixed at the end of the day .called every day and they say the same thing
App keeps opening up and saying notification, does it constantly! Almost every 30 seconds and it makes it impossible to use my phone so I have to uninstall it. Seriously thinking about switching banks to one with an app that works which is pretty sad because my family has banked here for probably 20+ years. Please fix it
