Chord Progression Master

This app helps with inspiration, and also with bridging the gap between visualizing piano chords (since I'm a guitar player). It provides a good starting point while drawing a blank. I strongly recommend for music producers and songwriters. The UI/layout needs a little work for visualizing chords. It's a bit cumbersome. I have no idea what the $12 upgrade gets you... not made clear at all. So I opted for paying to remove ads only.

AMAZING APP! The fully unlocked version of this app is absolutely incredible. Any person who wants to learn more about music and chord progressions should use this tool! It has tons of features, including changing the genre, the musical style you want to play, and key changes. It also shows diagrams of the chords on piano and guitar (right AND left-hand). This tool can be a valuable asset for any musician - not just pianists and guitarists - as it provides all the chord progression names. 10/10!

I was given a free code to the app thanks to the munificent developer. This has been especially handy because I'm at the early stage of progressing on the Guitar. The name is a bit misleading because it makes one believe the app is geared mainly towards the piano. It has a bunch of genres to choose from. The interface is smooth and well organised. The dark theme works well. My initial impression has no complaints.

A great app for new musicians wanting to learn the fundamentals of music or the singer songwriters who want to mix up their song writing styles and get new ideas. Would be nice to have a few more customisation options such as chord substitutions and effects but that would make this a six star review. *just noticed these features are in this devolpers other app so it might just be a matter or time.

This app helps me a lot in writing chord progressions, and with the update it also helps me to write melodies. A definite must, but minus one star. Reason, If you have a terrible phone like I do, you may get some latency issues, which I thought you could only get that in DAWs... Still a great app for learners or people in writers block

Well made app, you should give people 1 week free trials. The app is well made and dope. You will like make people dependent on the apps features with a trial. The reduction in ads are welcomed. I can currently only afford the ad free version but you bet I'm saving up 8$ for the full version. I just pray it's a one time app purchase. I would pay 10$ for this app.

Amazing app, I bought the full version to show support and have more chord progression. Really worth the 9$, everytime I'm stuck and not really inspired or just looking for ideas I open up this app and find cool progression to work with in my production. Definitely worth it! The basic version is great as well but after a little while you want more ideas 👍

I think it's a useful app.. I wish there was a way to export loops to my phone so I can write lyrics on my phone while listening. I can do it for a brief period then it crashes and I have to go back in to restart the loop.. maybe that's a fault with my phone.

Exactly what I was looking for. An app that shows each chord for each scale and the positioning etc. The progressions are also awesome. Upgraded to the full version almost immediately. Well done on a great app! 👍

It's Very useful. It can be in handy for learning and production purposes. But there should have been a tutorial on how to use it and some things needed to be explained like 'What does the the blue spot and pink spot signifies?' It will be easy for everyone to use and understand.

Great app. It would be awesome if it would show exactly how to play each style/ combination of chords. It only shows the basic triad even if you choose different style.

Extremely happy that it had a guitar option. I would like some help on reading the guitar tabs though, as I am still very much a beginner and I feel this could be an amazing tool to help me learn.

Good app. Would be good though if the full version would also allow access to visualise the arps or supporting chords that are playing alongside the progressions that one can choose (including notes).

Simply love it... I've been using this app on different divices for a long time. And i've written beautiful songs with its help... Good thing, it plays in background, so i can record myself over it when songwriting.

Great app.. I miss the old version that let you switch between minor and major progressions though.. Now I just have to transpose them myself which is quite annoying.

This is really good. I use it for worship. Was there an old version of the app where we could pick the chords? That was amazing too. The reverberations were beautiful. Breathtaking. I wish i had the features of both the old and new.

I can definitely dig it. I'm late on music theory, so I'm exploring my options. I'm using apps and YouTube. This app is great for learning scales.

It is very handy, I can memorize the chords easily without having any trouble. The moods and genre are helping also, I can use it even I'm offline. Thanks for this app.

Useless waste of money - do not buy I bought this to learn and practice jazz chords as the paid app promised 'all genres' After paying I found that the jazz section had no jazz chords at all - just minor, min7 - no aug, dim, 7th, 13th etc I asked for a refund but the developer didn't respond and Google said they wouldn't give my money back either. Complete rip off and waste of money

Somehow an update has compromised this app. There was no way to change from a major to a minor key. It also forces a style of music.

I have been trying to teach myself piano to no avail till I came across chord progressions app. It's supper. I have even transferred it's teaching to guitar and evrying is smooth now. It's wealth of an app.

Good for learning scales but as a chord progression tool is very limited, tricky and not intuitive... definitely I could not find a reason to pay $17.99 for this

This is the easiest and best way to get chord progressions for musicians or anybody in the music industry. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a quick and easy way to find chord progressions

You guys removed so much functionality from the old version. Your genre filters are terrible. You removed the ability to see between major and minor keys.

Very much enjoyed the app made understanding progression much easier .wanted to know if you could add different instruments like guitar.

(Reviewing Guitar option): Really dry mechanical playback of a lot of progressions that may be mathematically correct, but not progressions most people would use.

perfectLy good. it shows you all the chords and the sound it produces but the finger placement is absent. NICE APP 95%
