I just downloaded that app. I think it is a fantastic idea but the creators missed the mark. I was excited to get started. Immediately I saw issues. The parent's app Mothership won't load the images of my children and it doesn't explain the error (ie: file size too large) it just says an error code. Then it wouldn't show the pictures of each chore in the child's app. My youngest can't read and would resort to pictures. This wouldn't work for her if it was a continued issue. I also was prompted with an error code when I tried to create rewards in Mothership. I'm going to keep the app to see if the problems are addressed.

I love ChoreMonster, but it has really suffered. Pictures don't load, it crashes, some things aren't disable or don't update properly, the website doesn't load resources, and support is non existent. I'd actually be happy to pay to use this app if they would just keep it updated, or even acknowledge that something is messed up and they are working on it, but there is just silence. I'm wondering if the company went under.

The app is excellent. Though, after about a week of daily use, the app stopped working. I could open it and choose a catergory, but nothing else would come up. Id just get the "connection error" message displayed. Despite the fact that I used the app on both data and wifi and nothing was wrong with either- just the app. Themothershiolp app displayed the same error message. Besides that huge bug, I NEVER won the carnival spin. For refrence I used this app on my Android mobile device.

Clunky. Fails to upload pictures (essential with my 4yo) and the schedule doesn't show in the overview, am/pm hard to distinguish when setting schedule so all my chores or at the opposite time of day, switching apps to create chores then verify they are correct just takes too long. I'm going to just make a paper chart after all.

My kids cant even login to view anyrhing. I have mothership on my phone and i have set everything up. It just keeps telling me there was an error and to try again. I have turned on all permissions for the app. If the app would actually work then i would possibly be able to rate the app correctly. However because it wont go past the login screen i do not believe that i will recommend this to anyone. I will be more likely to discourage the use of this app and its parent app. Maybe if you fix the issue my opinion would differ.

For the last 2 weeks the app has not worked and my daughter has been close to reward. I've emailed support over 5 business days and haven't even gotten so much as a thank you for your inquiry. If it's not fixed in the next few days I'll be downloading a different app. Since I downloaded this one over 2 months ago many of the features don't work. I'm super bummed because I was the one who got my daughter excited about something that turns out doesn't even work correctly. 😡😭

It's a crying shame that this app is so broken. This was EXACTLY the sort of thing I was looking for, but it just plain does not function. Connect errors up the wazoo, and the website is full of layout errors it's almost impossible to navigate.

This app and the parent app were great at 1st. Whatever issues I had were easily solved via email. It appears the creators just abandoned this project. The parent website no longer loaded on any PC. 3 stars for the idea. I loved having a built in way to dish out rewards. It was great while it lasted.

Such a great idea, and I'd heard good things. However, the app crashes constantly, and none of the pictures of the monsters load. Why is this such an issue? I see tons of people having similar issues, and it seems like a recent bug. Please try and figure out what may be causing this.

Downloaded before reading reviews and super bummed. It is everything you would want. I figured after I finished uploading everything pictures would show......wrong. I really enjoyed that there was an app for mom and then app for child. :( Super disappointed. Now I'm gonna delete it.

It was awesome until it stopped working a few weeks ago. My kids loved it. But with the login problems and handshake failures, it has become a bigger headache than anything. I will be uninstalling, but we will try again if fixed.

Love the concept (and until a few months ago, the application) however I have found that the images are no longer showing up (on iPhone / Android or website). This means that there are no monsters to view, no pictures of rewards and no pictures of chores to do / done. My kids have lost interest and I have contacted the "support" email address 3 times with no reply.

Great concept but nothing loads correctly. My daughter couldn't see any of the interactive content and i emailed support twice, with no response. If it worked right, it would have been perfect for us.

Love the idea of this. Both the parent & kid app have a lot of bugs. Pictures not loading, rewards not loading, saved things not being there when you come back, glitches. Would give 5+ stars if those were all fixed.

I LOVED the concept of this app. We even used it and liked it for a few months. But it just gets more and more buggy, to the point it's barely usable anymore. I toughed it out for long enough. Now I'm searching for a replacement.

It too bad that the developers have let this app go down the drain. It was so helpful & easy for my kids to use but it's obvious that its developers don't care about it any longer. Nothing works. Constant "network errors". Deleting this & looking for a replacement.

Its very annoying when the app goes down and my kids cant see their chores due to a "connection error" its not our connection because i tested everything. Its the app itself. This is the second time its happened so im fondinv a new one.

This app was great for the 4 days that it worked. It just stopped working though can't see chores any more or anything. Tried to reset it and it says error.

I like the whole idea of this app. However, none of the images are coming up or staying. This would have a 5 star from me if my kids could see the monsters they were getting and if their images would stay on when I put them on.

Used to love it. My kid saved up over 500 points for a reward and the app no longer works. If the company needs to make it a dollar or two to have the funds to make it work again, I would pay for it. I miss choremonster!

The app does not work. It was great for the 1st week it worked but hasn't worked since. Tried contacting the company many times over several media and no response.

Was working (apart from something's not working like couldn't add photos to anything) but now not working at all. Kids can't even log in, tried new pw for kids to resolve issue but on mothership won't save new pw. So basically can't use it at all. Kids & mummy disappointed!!!

The idea of the app is good, however it doesn't work and it hasn't been updated in over a year. I don't like that I have to run two separate apps either. Again, good idea but the app just doesn't work.
