No jobs coming through at all. Never see any jobs except the ones that are always there from over the year or so. I live in Denver so there shouldn't be an issue in jobs being available. Tons of bids available but no jobs to bid on. Maybe this update will change that.
Constantly receiving emails and text. I never installed the app. Applied to receive jobs 2 years ago and just now receiving jobs. I have emailed to them to STOP but it got worse. They sent even more jobs that were over a year old. No way to stop them from sending these dead leads and it seems more like harrassment.
This app is useless, on the rarae (annual) occasion that a job actually appears in my area, it's a bogus listing or a scam or someone looking for something free. You can't even close your account; even after you uninstall the app, they still keep sending you pointless notifications! I've begged them to remove my info.
EDIT: I updated the app in an attempt to try again. The app won't even open now...literally the same 5 jobs posted since February...contacted support to make sure I wasn't missing something, and was told there's a steady flow of jobs but they are claimed quickly. Problem is, that is NOT true. I replied but no one continued the conversation, so it's basically f××k me, I guess. I will be deleting this app. And when you delete an app that is supposed to help you earn money, you know its trash.
Installed and signed up. No verification email was sent to my inbox after I signed up with personal information. Looks like this platform needs some bug fixes. Great idea, but im unimpressed right at the start
I've been using this app to pick up jobs in my downtime and it's been great. So far I've had a few cleaning jobs and and one furniture assembly job. Looks like the userbase is growing too which is great.
Just waiting for bids to come and then ill have more to say about this app

been signed up for awhile still nothing, no work coming my way. major cities they said, well Indianapolis Indiana is just as big ,they need to push harder ...
I can't log in on the app. I keep getting text messages about jobs n I can't log in
I'm told that my background check was never processed because my cared was declined. 1) my card is a buiness card so $20 will never be declined 2) I still show a charge and have Background report!! 3) all these ads said we are live in philadelphia so seems that was a lie. You do not even know who I am. But hey if I'm getting my money back and a free background report that I already have im gucci
I'm not sure why I still have jobs posted from a year ago and not received any job near me....also when I bid a job in I don't have any idea if is being looked something I feel that this a just waste of time....
I can't like something if it saids one thing but produces absolutely nothing, maybe you should find clientele before selling something, maybe..
App is unstable kept saying there's no internet, I can't update my deposit
I think this is going to kill home advisor. They don't charge any bidding fees and show u what the customer is willing to pay. And as a contractor I like that level of transparency

After putting in personal info i found theres nothing around my area, tried deleting my account, after contacting customer service still not being helped. Horrible app
This is a great opportunity for work! You can pick when you want to work too and the pay is great! Love it!
I entered the wrong email address when i signed up with my phone number and there's no way for me to delete it and start over? And i can't make another account bc my phone number is attached to a different one with the wrong email. Now what???

A complete and utter waste of my time and waste of space on my phone . What made me install the app and build my profile was the great job AllBetter does making you think that there are a steady flow of homeowners using the app to find pros to complete jobs for them. I've been in business going on 18 years so over time I've used numerous apps just like AllBetter....some are great...some good....some bad....and then there is AllBetter. I've not A ONE JOB ..I highly suggest do not waste your time
