Cancelled my order after being told that my order was shipped then when I called back to inquire about it was told it was still being processed. They are quick to take out your money but very slow to send their product they state 10-14 days for delivery but it was more than 3 weeks and no product. Very disappointed!

I have no idea what has happened to this company. I have been purchasing from nomorerack - now Choxi - for years without issue. However, my last order was riddled with issues from items not making it from the app order to the order received by Choxi, to delivery being stalled for weeks with no explanation, rewards codes not being applied, and once finally received, not being correct. Extremely frustrating.

I used to have the Nomorerack app and had no problem at all getting there. But now with this new app, I click on the email it sends me and it never connects. Could it be because I have an android? Anyone one else have same problem?I'm going to delete this app and reload it. Wish me luck!...Nope it didn't let visit through the app

I purchased Bluetooth headphones from them in April, and still don't have them. Can't get a refund because they already shipped. (Supposedly) Although, customer service lies to you! According to DHL, they haven't scheduled a pick-up yet. According to Choxi, I should have had them today. No such luck. Done with their unethical business practices.

This place was amazing.forget amazon. 15 dollar Ps4 games and all. Suddenly, I can't open the first page or the app or anything. My credits continously disappear. Then they tell you that you only have five days to use em. You say we'll you didn't even refund me, and they respond Oh well. Welcome to Choxi dot Com forward slash she!t service.

I wish I had more $ and I liked their other name better..... Wow I was wondering why I can't go on the site. Apparently they messed up. They were my #1 go to place. I am really sad now but I am glad I am not one of those that didn't get my items. I hope they work it out but not holding my breath. They are Deep in the hole. :(

I ordered a purse, good price, sure. But I still haven't gotten any shipping info and it's been 3 weeks!! They take your money as soon as you place your order, but they're in no hurry to ship it. I've emailed customer service twice and both times I get the same rehearsed reply. I won't order from here again.

I ordered a dress on 9/2 and it is now 9/20 and no dress. I reached out to customer service and still no response after the promised 24 hours. I surely won't be using CHOXI again and hope others won't as well. You get what you pay for is all I'm going to say.

Don't expect fast shipping with this site. They are quick to take your money but drag their feet on delivering the product. You can get the same items on Amazon or Walmart for cheaper!

Great in the beginning but my last 3 orders couldn't be filled because the deal with the supplier "fell through" fighting and fighting for refund and all you get is store credit for crap your never gonna get anyways. Third time never receiving my order. Never again!

COMPANY SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD. DO NOT BOTHER! I was a loyal customer of both NoMoreRack and Choxi. While quality was never the best, you got what you paid for. I ordered products in May. After 3 weeks of not receiving any items or change in status on the shopping online, I emailed customer service. I basically got an automated reply saying they are at the mercy of their manufacturers but will contact them and notify me of when I can expect my items. After another week of no contact I email again requesting an update. I go back and forth with customer service for 2 months and I'm told the some items are no longer in stock and they would need to credit my account. I canceled the rest of my order but all I received was credit in my account. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP ANYTHING. My credit card company has opened an investigation into them and credited my card. Such a hassle.

Don't shop here! They don't honor their own coupon of saving $15 . I order a product through my android phone and didn't see a place to enter the savings code for 15. I figured no big deal i will just call there customer service and they can correct it .Well... after i made the purchase they told me its too late they cant change anything ...not even a credit! I asked to talk to a manger and i swear he just handed me off to the person next to him!! Grrrrr!! terrible customer service!!!

I reloaded this app. Before the app was good but now the app will not work at all. When I try to login to the app the app will say "that the site is temporarily shutdown please try again later" and this has be happening for the last 2 to 3 days. FIX THE DARN APP.

When it was No More Rack I loved this site. Since it has changed names, it went down hill very fast. Please do not buy from this site. They won't return calls and they have scammed out of money.

I downloaded the app and than when I try to open it. It goes to the web and say sorry your request could not go through or something like that.. I remember when it was No more Racks... Please fix the app.

I've used it when it was NoMoreRack and from what I can see it's no better maybe worse than it was before not to mention my credit card number was stolen from somebody that works for the company. I would recommend not using it

If I could do 0 stars I would. They won't ship your entire order in timely fashion. Can't keep up their end on shipping guarantees. If you like Internet thrifting best to use Groupon. Not this lame company.

I can't even open app without getting an error Web page won't open then it boots me out WTH it's supposed to be an app not a Web page, I've uninstalled and installed repeatedly. Junk app

It comes and goes. Can't go wrong with stuff you buy. Customer service is exceptional, just like any site, be careful what you get.

I used to love this app. Shipping was fast and easy. Now I can't get anything I ordered. My last three orders were bought 2 months ago and still haven't shipped. The order before that was refunded because they didn't ship for three months. You've been warned.

Used to be better when it was nomorerack, choxi ruined it. Can't back out of a product without starting all over from main menu, everything about the experience in frustrating

Used to be a great app, has really gone down hill. Most items are cheaply made and recently the app itself doesn't work right. Been using it for years. Finally deleting.

Sllooowwwwwwer than molasses. The regular website doesnt work on my Android AT ALL... overall this company is terrible. I stopped shopping here.

App won't open. When I try, I get an Android error message that the action can't be completed and the site can't be reached. Reinstalled and same issue.

Have the app did not log in for a while, tried today and it states web page not avaliable. App is up to date. Please fix.

Ordered stuff in June and July that I still have not received, but it's easy to get your money back just dispute the charge with your bank. I have Chase and got my money back in 12 hours.
