As an app it's pretty bad. Response for all pages is slow, and in the messaging system, apostrophes get replaced with & # 3 9 , making messages look ridiculous. New messages you send can't be seen unless you click away from the message screen and back. I tried emailing the app support listed here, but the email bounced with a permanent error. The underlying service is okay, the website works better.
App takes forever to open and forever to toggle between pages. I have a perpetual message notification that I click on and just see a white screen, even though I'm a paid member. When I get a notification that someone sent me a smile, I click to open it and then can't click on their profile. I have to open the email that was sent and open the "smile" on a web browser to be able to click on the person's profile. Do better - on the service and the app. Will not be resubscribing.
Good idea but poorly executed. Screens and functions get frozen and load slowly making it harder to communicate with others being the sole purpose. The pricing they are asking is outrageous. Maybe since it's so expensive no people pay making it low experience and they can't afford to fix the app. I was looking forward to using it but got disappointed . Lower then 1 star
This useless app does not even let you message people without paying, even if they are your suggested matches. The membership price is also ridiculously high, based on the fact that there is so few users even on the app. Don't waste your time. Also has a ton of lag for some reason.
Even though I paid for a subscription for one month. I was not able to use my subscription with your app. The app only works as a free version. Even though I use the same email address as the website. On the website I'm able to use my subscription privileges. So are you going to fix the app? You ask when does this problem occur? Every time I use the app.
Ugg! I have had this app on my phone for less than 24 hours and I'm ready to throw it out the window. I have had people message me but I 1. Can't get the message and 2. I can't look at their profile to see if I want to respond! I am sure that the one was a pedifile just by looking at his profile picture, dude looked like he was 60+ & I blocked him because he gave me 2 winks in the span of ten minutes. The price is way too much for me to paying monthly. I like the idea but not the glitches of app
Don't waist your money. Constantly getting the spinning circle. Everything takes a very long time to load. The messages don't refresh, and takes a very long time as well to load. So getting to know someone is impossible.
Terrible app. Can't even look at photos unless you pay $25-$45/mo. Terrible optimization -- pages won't load unless you wait 20 seconds or close the app altogether. Go join Upward!
The app crashes and has many click limitations, making navigation impossible to accomplish quickly. I'm not hating the site but the app breaks easily.
Worst experience ever. It's not even good to tell if it's a good app to have. It's clear they want money. They don't care if you find love or not. It's no expensive and not even fast loading to different things from the app. I don't recommend this at all
App is slow. Does not work correctly. It finds matches that haven't been logged in in months. Don't be a sucker like me and waste your $.
Spent a day trying to use the app, not user friendly, slow, full of bugs, decided not to pay for a subscription. The app falls far short of the price point they are trying to demand.
The app itself is utter trash. Could be good but the devs clearly don't know the first thing about making an application. Takes forever to load, messenger doesn't recognize apostrophes, messenger will glitch out. Too bad, this could have been so much
Profile pictures won't load... App is super slow too. Must be a bug or a huge glitch or something. It's pretty awful
It's been one day and still my photo isn't verified, so it's not showing. It looks like all the negative reviews might be 100% true. And you want me to pay for this app? Haha!
The app is horrible. Terrible lag. When you type contractions it adds additional characters making it appear as if you are cursing or illiterate. No way I would pay for this.
Well, I'm glad I'm not the only that thinks this app is awful; very slow at every task, email say message received only to find no message; expected more for my money. 😕
Your app lies. It says standard features include messaging. Every time I goto message it pops up about premium.
Not user friendly, very slow and buggy. Wish I could get the money back I spent on my subscription.
App was awful. Couldn't easily view people or search like I could in other apps. When trying to look at someone or a new screen, the app was super slow and seemed to take forever to load. Then when you went to the next screen, it was super slow again. Reached out to customer support and was told to uninstall the app and I did, now I can't even log back in. Asked for refund and was told that isn't an option but I could change my plan. Very displeased
