Still have trouble getting into my info!! To be honest,I choose not to,use it. I'm just not good with using the internet and trying to get into websites and there are just some things that I choose not to do because it is just not worth the effort that I put out,just "trying"!!!!!! People saying never hurts to try,it does when you never succeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!😒😘🤗 I hope it works well for you!!!👍

Horrible experience I had told Christiana I did not have the email address on file and was advised that they would correct this matter back in November 2020 when I was told they had me in their system; unfortunately, I had to reschedule an video appointment that I scheduled three months ago, and was advised that my appointment had to be cancelled and I would need to come into the office! Which, is very upsetting.

This is a very good tool you have the capability of reading physician notes and lab test results. I've also had virtual appointments through the portal it is very user friendly I definitely recommend

My Patient Video Portal stopped working and won't engage. It constantly reads Bad Connection on my android and Apple devices. I updated the app, uninstalled, used different devices its been months.

Really appreciate having my medical records available at my finger tips. Messages are a breeze and very well managed.

Very useful app. Can schedule appointments, your messages are answered within 48 hrs and you can view all your labs & prescriptions. Only 4 🌟 because I've had trouble logging in this past week

I cannot access anything! I am terribly frustrated. CC is not the only provider in DE I have this problem with.

I like the app, but it would be helpful if when they send notifications by e-mail, they would put a link to get to the app in the e-mail rather than having you get out of your e-mails and going onto the site yourself.

I love being able to read results right from the app, messaging is easy and requesting anything at all is a breeze.

Only interested in money if you owe it or NOT I have been hounded for a no show even though I was in the doctor's office early and filled out my paperwork on that day. Makes no sense.

Doesn't even sign me in anymore. I use the mobile website which works perfectly (usually).

I love this app I can login and it gives me all my medical records, appointments plus health information.

Only used the portal once It was real nice to have a doctor visit while I was out and about And in light of the pandemic Makes it more convenient and safer for everyone

Very hard to get patient portal even after i answered all questions filled out form it still rejects my email address/user name i am so frustrated as a new patient i can't schedule appointment with dr.i need to see for test
