I have doubts even the profiles of the girls are geuine... It feels like something is missing all the time.. Even after updating the profiles there's no proper matches.. And moreover the app is getting crashed very frequently.. It freezes up my phone even..
After updating this app is not working properly. I am getting message "this app isn't responding" and after seeing few profile completely slow to the extreme. Even I am using one plus nord "12gb ram 256 rom" other apps are working properly without any problem
Purchased the membership and they automatically added a recurring charge till the year 2027. That is 5 years. Without my consent. I didn't agree or click on any option for a recurring charge. This is an unethical and fraudulent way of making money. I don't even know how such a practice can be legal. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Once you upgrade you won't receive matches for preferences or with photo or anything, there are many duplicate profiles, I received some interest from some profiles before upgrading later found those contact numbers are not I use and I reported too. But I haven't get any solution.
Very Worst experience with from From Jan 22, Whenever sending chat requests it always says " Sorry We are experiencing technical issues, pls try again... Whenever approaching customer care they dont even care & uninstall and reinstall the app. Did many a times still the issue has not resolved... Wasting money by paying prime membership with a hight cost...
Customer Support is very good. The interface is easy and gives a clear over all picture of the profiles. Easy to navigate.
This is the worst App, i ever came across .This app has slowness and get stucks in the middle while using and sometimes gets kicked out of the app suddenly and i hope no stress testing,performance testing and load testing has been done to this app.As a user if we pay the money even we expect the same fast service and proper working functions of the App.If you guys are not capable for maintaining the app properly, then provide the usage of the app for free.Dont waste user's money and dont cheat
Very bad service, it is not at all a user-friendly app , even the matching is not correct, better try some other apps , really a waste of money.
Worst app. (Sorry for the inconvenience..something went wrong). This is the only thing I can see when every I open your app. Even reinstalled again, but nothing works out. Only call from Christian matrimony to us... is for money....renewal account.

This is the worst ever matrimony app compare to other matrimony, i am really unsatisfied with the service they are providing, even though i am a PRIME DIAMOND MEMBER not at getting matches.while searching matches may be 2 or 3 profiles will appear,mostly without photos.... I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP and the thing is when we are a free member they would provide lots of profiles.... now as a paid member can't even get matches..... THIS IS USELESS MATRIMONY
Worst customer care. Irritates you till you buy the plan, once bought no one responds of you need any assistance. I've been waiting since more than 48 hours to hear from them though ETA is 24 hours as per their automated email response. I'll never prefer this app.
Very worst services after paying subscription. No filtered/ new profiles are showing since paying subscription and can't chat with accepted person's
Searching options are not good. Not user friendly. If you search by name of one person, it shows the other person really disappointed with this app. Another feature added by prime and regular the screen will be like hanged it doesn't move . Really frustrated with this app. I have already gave my feedback but still it's the same results showing.
There is no proper customer service...always asking to pay money tat u will get more images to view . Afet taking a membership there is no call from customer service and there is no images to view...it is waste of time....... They just need money no proper service avail... Wasted money

They don't show new profiles same Profile Will be displayed everyday, they will anyhow convency u to pay and be paid member to. Get more response as soon as ur paid member u will not even get response and new profiles as u use to get before been a paid member. Really bad experience. As your membership validity is going to be expired they will again start calling and will. Sent few profiles.

Please do not use this app. The prospective candidates accept your proposal request and then block you once you have paid to connect with them further and then your money gets wasted. The company doesn't refund in such a case. So it's better not to use this app / site.
Very poor...no response after payment done until then they call 5 times a day. Then no call no support anything. Fraud one.👎I have been cheated please no one opt this app.
I have the worst experience with these site !!! Full fraudsters ...once you pay money...they will hardly send any profiles not will they respond to your calls !! Before paying money... In a single day they used to send four to five mails daily... With minimum 5 profiles each mail. After paying money. They don't even send a single good profile !! And the profile they send, all candidates would have been married.... And they have 3 or 4 division.... All frauds !! Christian Matrimony,
Bad! Feels deceived after having purchased premium subscription. 1. Often receives wrong push notifications. 2. Data is not in sync Shortlist someone from profile page and navigate back, it should reflect in the list page as well. 3. Chat never works! Keeps spinning forever! Or something wrong at our end error! Wish you had spent some bucks on hiring a proper developer, over the phone executives who calls 10 times a day asking to buy subscription!!!
App auto closing in realme XT when i try to view a profile. Even I tried reinstalling the app. Same issue.

Worst app. Even this one star is not deserved. Hangs a lot and also have other complains (no sync, even though had acceptance to view photos still can't, search also). When complains even then it won't get resolved. Very disappointed paying for this. Always shares mail for 5 star rating with no proper response.👎 Still the same with WORST SUPPORT , same issue no response.
