SAFE AND SECUREThe app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on CHROME Digital Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access. If your device goes missing CHROME can remotely block device access.
GETTING STARTEDTo use the CHROME FCU Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a CHROME FCU Digital Banking user. If you currently use our CHROME 24 Digital Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I love 💕 the ease of using this program. Chrome banking on line is the easiest and most user friendly and common sense platform I have ever used. Simple, fast, and easy.
Easy and great customer service
Great app for all of your needs
Easy to deposit checks and if you do early enough it may be processed that day. Also I have gotten my direct deposit from work faster than my coworkers. The people who answer when you call for help always have answers and are willing to help. They walked my 70 year old father through how to use the app. Great people awesome app. I don't think I could trust any other bank more than these folks.
I mostly use this app to deposit checks, but the detection feature is off. Half the time it says the amount entered does not match what is written on the check. Is it picky about the handwriting? Am I somehow supposed to fix that? You should be able to request a manual review in that case, but as it stands I can't do anything.
Great app and great bank
Unreliable, never works. Impossible to rely on this app to pay my bills! Going to have to start requesting paper statements again or switch banks.

Before they changed their name to chrome it was a 5 star rating. Now no atm, poor customer service and app only works sometimes. DON'T JOIN HERE

The only improvement I can think of is to allow transfers/payments to credit cards between memberships
Works pretty well. Deposit photos appear distorted
