This is an optional mobile application that can be downloaded to your personal device to help provide easier access to the Chrome River web app. We have made it easier for our users to access Chrome River on the go by allowing you to easily log in with biometric authentication or leverage single sign-on capabilities required by your organization.

If the developers can get this working properly it has potential to be a very useful app, but is currently very unstable, pages won't load correctly and the app constantly crashes. Let me know when you have fixed these issues and I'll download again, but for now I'll stick to the online version.
I have to use this for work. It's a serious pain to try to create reports with the app. It's not intuitive, it crashes, and the auto fill tool will grab wrong words and totals quite frequently. I've resorted to just doing reports on my laptop. But even the desktop version is problems
This app is very useful and working absolutely fine the way it shows on desktop. This will be a great support for heavy travellers who can create the report as an when they incur expenses and submit to avoid delay. Anytime anywhere Chrome River is accessible for us.
This is a great app as it's very intuitive. I love the real time feature and I can snap a picture of a receipt and either complete it via the app or jump on my laptop.
Interface is clunky and not intuitive. I can't imagine why my company switched to using this except that the market must be sorely in need of competition. Also PDF upload is currently broken.
App is crashing when trying to add an attachment or take a photo. Makes the app useless. I have a Samsung S20 with latest android and all security updates. Camera and Files permissions are given. Please fix this ASAP!
Can you make it one operation to do a Favorite expense in the currently open report... Instead of seven clicks? Would you like better reviews? No? OCR used to work, hasn't in over six months. I recommend the devs try to input a driving route, using touch, on a regular Android and see how they fare.
I love that the app has the same layout as the desktop version. Very easy to navigate, review expense reports and uploaded receipts.
I've seen train wrecks before they can't even be used to describe this app even when using it on the computer through their website absolutely and completely horrendous
App reboots when adding expenses from file or camera on phone. Takes 5 plus attempts. Currently, it doesn't up load at all.
Easy to use. Adjusts to my screen and even rotates as I move my device. It's so simple to use, I can't think of a reason why someone wouldn't use it. #letbusinessflow
Works much like the web app with just a few functionalitys that are not there. Can not access the admin side of things. But good overall.
Everything you really expect in a mobile expense management app plus a little more. Responsive, intuitive, and their help guide answers any question you might have related to functionality.
It's a very convenient app. Snap and upload at that very moment is quick and easy. Approves can now view and approve on the go. Love it
Chrome River app is really handy and the features and navigations are as same as we work in desktop.Easy to use anywhere just with mobile.
Terrible app. Super confusing drop down menus on every corner and non of the buttons work. Won't ever let me submit claims allocations options are broken.
I really had very good experience with Chrome River application as it is user friendly. Also, very much helpful for employees who travel for more than 15 days.
A code is sent to my email to verify account but there's no where to enter a code. There is just a constant circle spinning because its waiting for a response.

Still gets stuck in down load. Both the main and Chrome River snap I have an Android 10+ just goes round and the a round. Says it's waiting for the download
Chrome River mobile app is very useful and easy to use. User can submit and check their expenses instantly and it is very handy.

I can not go back to modify/edit saved file. Application should allow user modify/edit until it's submitted.
After downloading the latest update - this app no longer recognize my login. It will not even send me verify code.
I love the app. I like that it is the same experience as using it on a desktop (no missing features or different layout), plus the bonus of taking pictures of receipts to easily upload. Sign in through SSO was seamless. Overall very convenient to use vs having to navigate through to the website from my phone.
