The app requires you to purchase credits prior to purchasing food. It's like a maditory gift card requirement. It feels a little preditory. There is also no delivery option either. I'm avoiding this app. It was a really bad choice for Chronic Taco to go this route.
This is one of the worst restaurant apps I have ever used. You can only get points in-store unless you live in California apparently. Ordering ahead is impossible to do from the app. So frustrating.
Unfortunately like many of the other users, I encountered the same issue with the app not accepting my payment information. Chronic Tacos is one of my favorite places to visit but the app is terrible. It seems an unfortunate waste of the royalty program as well.
It is impossible to properly review a recently placed order. They don't even send a confirmation email. Just hope for the best and show up I guess. Surprising to see such an uninvolved and vague purchasing process.
Twice I've tried to earn points at the Temecula location and couldn't because the scanner couldn't read the QR code. Can't tell if it's the app or the scanner in the store.
App declines payments from my credit card when I order from it but it works in the store and everywhere else. It also declines my wife's card. Completely useless app.
The app works very well. I have couple of Rewards after a week of purchasing and it works with no problems. This place has to come my new addiction and it's nice to get rewarded for my addiction LOL
A recent update drastically slowed down the app. It went from instantly responsive to taking 20 seconds to do anything.
Doesn't submit your order. Tells us it will be ready at a certain time, but then the restaurant has to confirm it and the real pick up time is much later. They also will ADD ON addition pricing fees at the actual location. So false advertising and prices.
this app is very confusing to set up and frustrating. i hope lightspeed will help me gather my reward points together once i solve it. im saving my receipts.
I ordered thru app online. I arrived at the location to pick up my food at 6:45 as directed. My food order wasn't ready until 7:20. Don't waste your time with the app.. just go there and wait
I love chronic Tacos so I had to download the app. The cashiers only tell you when you have 10 dollars off so its great to know you can receive other rewards too!
spend some time getting to learn the app...no biggie, but spend a min with it. points add up quick and i absolutely love this restaurant!
The menu isn't complete and I wasn't able to order anything with 3 different cards. The payment would go round and round telling me my card # was incorrect, invalid cvv, then card # incorrect... Then invalid cvv.
The app makes ordering and tracking rewards points so easy , I have received many free items using my points . Super Happy with this app.
Confusing. Tried to enter credit card and wouldn't let me. Asked for phone number and it wouldn't save it.
I use the app every month, on average. That means we get a free item about 6× a year!
Didn't work to use my credit. I had to pay separately to complete my transaction; therefore I didn't earn my points.
even when I scan my code or have them enter my phone number I dont get my points. have made multiple purchases and not gotten points for them.
No locations near me offer ordering ahead anymore. Unavailable 24/7 so no point to keep it.

Worthless app. San Clemente ca. Location doesn't even take online orders.

I want my money back for me it says its closed until july 4th,July 4th already passed and it wont let me order
App was working fine until I got "App Disabled" message. I sent email to chronic to help resolve but still no reply few weeks later. Would like to continue to use app and earn points but no one wants to fix the issue or tell me what's the problem.
