I think this app could have been very useful but it seems the dev stopped short. The light blue font color against a white background is impossible to read without causing eye strain. All the screens have corrupted structure to them. Parts of a box will cover half the text and the scrolling doesn't work properly. Seems like a pre-beta version that just doesn't work.
Very helpful and insightful tool, needs slight improvement. I wish that the graph would not plummet on the days that I do not log a symptom but would only factor in my submitted logs.
This app does as intended. Not so pretty. But works. All my data is mine, there is no need to connect to a cloud service.
A good start but seems to have been abandoned by dev. Needs an activity option to help identify linked causes to physical pain.
it's good but I really need to back date my symptoms which I can't seem to do, could you please put a calendar on there next to the clock so I can add things to past dates
Looks good so far. Easy to use and friendly.
seems to be everything I need, and it's very customizable
Nothing in their user agreement about the privacy of my information. NOPE
I gave it 1 star and would change my score if they add one thing. I have a program that I used to log my nausea before I saw this one. I would change my rating if there is a way to add a past nausea symptom so I can enter in my entries from the previous app. I would change my rating to 5 Stars if this was added.
App is illegible on a LG K20 Plus. Buttons overlapping and hanging over text. App unusable.
This worked for a while but then crashed. Ads constantly interrupted using the app.

I have spent a lot of time trying to find the best pain and symptom tracker app. I have paid for some, tried them for months, tried some free ones or free versions. This surprisingly seems the best I have found so far. It may not have all the bells and whistles or pretty themes of others, but it has all the functions and customizability I could want but is still simple, except for two very important things. It would be really, really helpful to be able to edit past logs/entries, not just delete them. Also, it would be very helpful to be able to log past symptoms that you have written down elsewhere etc. These two features would make this app absolutely perfect, and I was so disappointed when I realized these intuitive and seemingly obvious options are not there.
Easy to navigate and use. 100% customization is wonderful. I wish events were deletable just like symptoms are in case you make a mistake when entering those. Also, there appears to be a bug where I can't delete custom symptoms I've created despite being presented with the option and tapping delete.
Very customizable to cover nearly any chronic illness. Layout is easy to use during high pain episodes. The option to change the colour scheme is wonderful during migraines.
I really liked the simplicity of this app. The ability to adjust the settings too use dark mode solved the problem of white on blue text. I liked that I could add my own symptom but had many preloaded. However, now I cannot export my files and get an error that there is a Google app missing to do so. I have contacted the developer twice without response. I'm going to have to get a different app and delete this one
