Chrono Connect Mobile Lite

Chrono Connect Mobile works by reading your gun firing a pellet over a known distance so all distances should be entered as accurately as possible to ensure accurate readings.
When set up and used properly, Chrono Connect Mobile can be within a few feet per second of a real chronoscope device.
This app was created because I have heard of people doing the following things to determine the power of their airguns when they don't have a chronograph.
- Shoot into a yellow pages and count how many pages were shot through.
- Shoot at the ground and measure the 'mushroom' of the pellet.
- Shoot a coffee can. Did it go through 1 or 2 sides?
- Shoot a soda can in various places, if it goes through X place its X power.
Chrono Connect Mobile is a far better way than any of these methods of determining the speed and power of your gun.
As there are variables that are beyond our control you should not rely on Chrono Connect Mobile as your sole method of recording speed and power and should test the power of your gun using a real chronoscope if in any doubt.

Fairly accurate ... Very usefull for those airgunner who doesn't owned a chrono (like me) .. atleast I can optimize the output for a particular barrel and pelet. One glitch, sometimes it gives me error message without indication what went wrong. And it is better for short distance with metal target and no silencer because it is sensing the sound.
Very good little app. It works based on hearing the report the airgun makes when it fires and then the sound the projectile makes when it strikes the target. As long as you input the correct distances, it can give you a decently accurate reading. Using my Crosman 1322 (pump), I got a speed of 442 fps with 10 pumps and 499 with 15 pumps (makes sense). It also gives a muzzle energy readout if you put in the pellets weight (which is nice). Good Job!
Its a free app that does not bombard you with ads. Its very tru to itslef. Find a quiet yard and give about 15 yards space and make sure u hit something metal that sounds off. Preety cool free app. I may pay upgrade that shows comparisn graphs and extras.
well so far with some testing putting in pellet weight the distance to muzzle and pellet path and distance to target it gets more accurate id say using those settings and playing with the mic volume as well will get you a pretty accurate fps. but I also think this is app is more suited for pcp airguns. it says it prevents the second sound from pump or break barrels but I think thats iffy if someone's got an chronograph to compare it too. plz share how accurate it is and test the settings thanks
Excellent app 👍 Used it for measuring FPS and KE With a crossbow , appears very accurate , used it under 20 yards with a soft bag target and field points , had no problem detecting change in fps between arrow weight and gave constant readings .... Motorola phone 📱
I know this Chronograph isn't designed for Nerf blasters but the options giver the ability to calculate nerf dart velocity as I don't have a proper Chronograph. When it works for nerf darts, it gives accurate readings that I expect to see. But it's very rare that it works. I'll be getting something like 90fps(expected) than 406fps. Once again, not designed for nerf darts but works here and there
I use it for my Benjamin trail np mark 2 with lead pellets, and I get a pretty accurate fps reading, can't wait to use alloys for a maximum fps... dope app
Unfortunately it's not working...despite accurate measurements, ludicrous readouts. Genial idea, I awarded 2 stars just for that.
Maybe it's me I set pellet distance to target, etc have my airgun has been shooting at 900 all day, this thing read 1800 fps, and 191 flbs?
Interesting but fps is around half of expected. I checked distances as recommended.

I wouldn't recommend shooting at a target 10 yards away because the pellet can travel too fast to be picked up. 15 yards seemed to be what worked best for me. Accuracy is great usually within 5-10fps of a real chrono with the exception of some obviously wrong readings that occasionally happen. Great chrono for being free.
I have used this app on a different cellphone and i loved it. But i have samsung galaxy grand which does not have a button that brings up settings in this app. If you guys can please update this app and put an on-screen setting icon then it would be great. I am prepared to give full stars if that happens. Otherwise sad thing is that i cant really use this app to measure fps anymore with this cellphone. I will be greatful if you guys can do this. Please do it. I have new airgun to measure its fps. Please guys. If you cant please tell me how to open settings in samsung galaxy grand.
The app sounds good and seems to be just what i needed. However, i cannot find where the settings is (samsung galaxy note 5) even after spending sometime with it, hence cannot use it... i wonder if somebody would be kind enough to show me
Good as a guage. If you put a metal pan as your Target and you measure accurately, it will take readings. I used it to test different ammo on a gas ram and on a PCp with adjustable power. It's not perfect but it does work and give you a pretty good idea of what velocities are. I returned my shooting chrony F1 deluxe because I couldn't depend on it to give me anything but an error. If you measure things and adjust things and get your microphone adjusted this is great at 15 yards.
