Very large selection of watches and a very well designed app. Useless customer service though. I contacted them about an order I placed and had no help whatsoever.
Cannot edit my listing? Lame. No save filter option I have to set it again every time!!! My search history is not synced with the Web browser I use with the same account. No return option with private seller.
Could you please add a slider in order to hold to drag it down towards the bottom rather than swiping the screen multiple times, it would be much easier or convenient, thank you.

Put my Jacob and Co watch up and less than 3 weeks later it sold to a chap in Korea, transaction was quick , payout is either initiated by the buyer when the watch is delivered by courier or a default payout is 7 days after delivery. Excellent service you can check out the buyers history with Chrono24 staff and commision is nice and low unlike ebay
The website and app are not in synch. Which is weird since that makes the website/app standalone and not user friendly for users.

I have been trying to log in for 20 minutes. Changed the password 3 times. It doesn't let me in, in spite of email and pw being correct.
It doesn't do much for me. The watch identifier is absolutely useless. None of the watches I have are in any of the drop down menus. I have to enter everything manually. I just don't see the point of the app. It doesn't tell me anything about my collection. It seems to be geared only towards people who collect brand new rolexes and stuff of the like.
When you're first getting into watches, this is a fun app to peruse models to hone your interests. When you get more serious, it's a great way of keeping up with the market. I've had good luck with purchasing through the app as well. A must for watch enthusiasts.
Chrono24 is incredible. Definitely the best place to buy/sell watches. I just sold my first watch and it was a very easy and clear process. Widest variety of watches to purchase as well. And they have great articles and videos to give ideas as well.
A fantastic resource for interesting watches. It seems that if it existed, it was sold or described on this site. Its aimed at the top end watches, but if you've caught the time piece bug... This site has it all. Highly recommended!
Not an easy App to use if you are shopping for a watch. Maybe it is best for collectors but I could not use it to easily setup and save a search for the type of watch I was interested in. Went back to looking on eBay.

Annoying pop-ups. Tells me I'm not logged in every time I open the app.
Everything is intuitive and easy access; However, when going to the WatchNews section, I am now only able to view one article, and none of the other articles open when tapping them. Closing and reopening the app doesn't help and nor did updating it. Otherwise, great app for getting lost in the world of watches. Hope you guys can fix it!

I can't log in, can't reset password, can't get assistance. Both app. and desktop site not able to function properly from the start. Customer servise agent rude and unhelpful. Complete waste of time.
Difficult to order. For example, I'm trying to order a watch and the button to buy disappeared. Instead, there is one asking me to request an offer from the seller. The seller had already responded but the field to execute the purchase is not longer available in the app. Terrible unfriendly App. Chrono24 takes a long time to respond to inquiries. Couldn't buy the watch.
