I have an android. I have downloaded the app (installed, uninstalled and reinstalled) and it will not let me access anything. My supervisor told me to log in with my email address and then hit forgot password. Then I'm supposed to get a link to reset password. Well this has never worked. I even went thru Google to access the web page and it never worked. I cleared cache, cookies, and history to see if that would help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
For the last two weeks the app crashes every time I open it and I have to ask my boss to clock me in and out from his end. I've never had problems with Chronotek before after almost 2 years of use, so idk what the problem is. My phone is up to date and so is the app, so I am at a loss. It's getting annoying
Not happy... it won't let me log in on my new phone but will on my old phone. It keeps saying wrong password but it's the right one. It definitely has to be the app because it works on other phones. I shouldn't have to bring my old phone (that's not active) with me to work and use my new one for hotspot just so I can clock in and out. It's wasting my hotspot and I am going to have to pay for more hotspot usage. Please fix this issue!
Finally have a TIME CLOCK button, but still can't see a running total of hours for the week unless you clock out. The old app did. It also would be nice to see totals on past weeks.
I am trying to download this app on Android and it is stuck on "download pending". I do not have any other apps downloading or updating at this time. I am connected to my cellular network and have strong connectivity.
For yet to be explained reasons the app zeros out my work hours and labels that day as missed. This is causing me headaches and pay errors. I have force stopped ,cleared cashe, uninstalled and reinstalled and network reset my phone both prior to and after deletion and reinstallation...and again, for no reason I have another miss on my last day worked, Thursday, July 29th. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? AND WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?
keep having problems with the messanging and clocking in and out. sometines when i call in to clock in/out it will sat that I never did and message sends multiple times of the same messages.
Some days when I clock in for my regular shift it shows I'm clocked in but then when I get ready to clock out it won't have my correct hours that I've worked for that day. Very frustrating!! Can cause you to miss getting paid!!
The app keeps say error code 1 and tells me to try again i wait 5 mins say thing I am unable to clock out most the time. which is effectively making me look like I'm taking hours. I even try to reset pass word and its saying there was a problem thinking it was my password and still nothing. It has been doing this for hours at a time in the day. My co workers have the same problem all the time as well. This apps making me look bad to my employer please fix this.
It is very convenient to clock in and out on. I am giving it 3/5 stars because it feels very out dated and is rather slow. I wish I could request days off on the app/enter my availability
I do not have a clock in or out option on my app. My manager is requesting we do this but can not figure why I do not have the option
The app won't load my schedule or my coworkers schedules. It is extremely frustrating.
Terrible. Keeps inaccurate time on the clock in. I'll be working for hours and look down and it says 1 minute.

This company won't release my hours to me after my boss deleted me from the app. They protect the employers but not the employees. I'm glad I have my screenshots but I don't have my hours for my last day.
For the most part it works fine
my time sheet gets messed up most of the time.

Great app! The Chronotek team always responds and are hepful to assist with any issues or questions. We've used this for several years and the employees find it easy to use and navigate. Where this app really shines is the reporting side. Job reports are extremely easy to find and filter. The desktop version is user friendly and changing log errors is quick and simple. It's clean and organized to look at as well. I recommend this app. Looking forward to the new features down the road.
