Keeps closing won't open. Says there is a bug. I have to Uninstaller and reinstall.going on my 4th time in less then a year.

The app I installed in September 2018 was spotty at best. I was unable to remotely start the car on many occasions and other functions were very slow even when they did work. I notice today that the ap has been updated so I uninstalled and reinstalled. I was able to remotely start the vehicle with little delay. I am rating this 3 stars until I see whether the quick response continues. If the app remains satisfactory, I'll update the rating accordingly.

App won't let me log in anymore. "Error sending information". Uninstalled / reinstalled the app, didn't fix the problem. Internet connection is working fine.

I did not have any problems with the App itself, but it is very minimal with what you can do in the App. I mainly dowloaded it to keep track of maintenance but there is no section to log repairs already done. Its all affiliated with dealerships and I don't always go to dealerships for repairs or service. Great idea for an App like this but not very much thought was put into it. Was excited, now disappointed.

Update- using over a G of memory??? Done. Chrysler app and the Mopar app are identical, but you're required to install both?? And it's completely useless as all they do is give you the same information as Google Maps- dealership locations, website links, phone numbers. All of them claimed to have online scheduling however when you attempt to schedule it sends you to the website and says online scheduling is unavailable. Pointless app.

My account couldn't be found, then the link to make a new password wouldn't open. Then once I got into my account my Chrysler 200, the only "Chrysler" vehicle I've ever owned wasn't even linked to my account, it was a Dodge Ram. No clue how that happened. No one at the company when I called about switching the vehicles could figure out why it happened or how it happened but no one could get it taken care of. What's the point of the app if my vehicle isn't linked and no one is able to correct it?

It was a great app to monitor my vehicles. But now for I don't know how long when you open the app it asks you to sign in and as soon as you press sign in the app crashes and disappears. Very frustrating and disappointing as it was a nice app.

Everytime I try to login its says incorrect password, when I do reset the password it still says the samething, it resets the password for mopar. Why do you have two different sites its annoying and frustrating. I had to call Chrysler and when I did they said I had to call mopar like really all to make a payment and when I had finally got through I made sure to write down my password and username now its telling me incorrect. So I have to keep calling this one and that one. FIX THE ISSUE!!!!

The 2/28/19 "bug fixes" COMPLETELY BROKE this app. It just keeps "stopping" and the forgotten password process is useless as well as it never sends the email it says it sent. USELESS JUNK after the update. Do not install this update!

Not been able to use this app for the 6 months I've owned my car, just tells me I have an unsupported device and closes. I have a Pixel 3 XL, hopefully I'll be able to use it some time in the future.

App will not allow login. App just closes.

The latest update constantly crashes. Pretty much useless since it was installed. Unfortunately there is no way to revert to the previous version that worked.

app stopped letting me sign in. Said password update link email sent out to me. 8 hours later no email to allow reset has come in. Chrysler, please if you're not going to support this app let us know and take it down from Google play store. The app was great last year and worked very well. Now it's a non starter.

HELP!!Won't work for me. Downloaded app(twice now) and all it does when I open app is go to loading screen and then app closes itself. Using a pixel XL on Verizon network

Terrible. All this app does is Point-Of-Sale - but that's only if you can get through the registration process. Updating the app then wipes the credentials. I don't have time for this nonsense.

Can't even launch into the application, crashes before even finishing the login process. the My Fiat app, which is literally the same app, has the same issue.

Got a notification of a recall can't open the app keeps going back to the sign in screen useless app. Update searched Chrysler in the play store same app same issue.

According to this app, there are no jeep/Chrysler/dodge/fiat/ram dealers anywhere in the United states, south America, Canada, or even Europe. Would be a cool app but needs to be fixed. Badly.

Map Search function is worse than bad.. Only picks up certain businesses and will ignore things that are within a 1/2 a mile and send you 14 miles elsewhere.

The app sucks. Will not allow me to sign in and keeps sending me an error message. Better of using website. Very unfortunate capital one did not have these issues with their app.

Utter FAIL - who is the software designers!?? Got the opening splash screen - then closes. Done. That's my user experience. OnePlus 6T stock, never rooted. Garbage.

This newest update on 10/24/19, which is supposed to fix the crash on sign in, still crashes when you try to sign in. I may as well uninstall.

it's cool to have it in an app. but there are a few glitches with scheduling appointments but overall it good.

Love this car ... holds the road, even on mountain curves. Radio buttons are right under the steering wheel ... easily accessable.

I Love this app. all my cars concerns, record's and warnings are easy to access, make decisions and plan a course of action.

Brought up issue with support staff. Software has since been updated and works flawlessly!

I gave this app 1 star because it wouldn't let me give it ZERO stars. Reset my password 3 times and STILL it won't let me log in. Learn from Buick! They have an outstanding app!!!!

Roomy car with good engine power. The rear does not hold the roadway as well as I had expected, especially when wet.

constantly crashing, can't even open the app as of the most recent update. I'll change my rating of this is fixed, please fix for LG G6

It won't let me sign in, it say error sending data. CAN YALL FIX THIS ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR 3 WEEKS. BUT I CAN LOG IN FROM. THE REGULAR WEB BROWSER.
